I have been using Leaders (formerly Temples) since 2000 to manage my property and over this time, although there have been six different tenants, there have been no vacant periods or defaults on rent receipts. Leaders have always found good new tenants who have treated the property with respect. I have no hesitation in recommending them for their management, service, cost and efficiency. Any problems with the property have always been dealt with very quickly and my special thanks go to Tom for getting the tenant's heating back very quickly which involved obtaining a new boiler at very short notice.

As far as moving in, they were fine. The fees we had to pay to move in were extortionate, thank god the government has now stepped in to regulate this. We have rented the property for three years, with very little drama, however getting small things fixed took ages, the garage roof still leaks after informing them 6 months ago! It also took them several attempts to correct a mistake on the contract renewal document, I had to explain the issue over the phone to their head office before it was finally fixed, two weeks late. We are now going through the process of moving house, as we are currently in a middle of a pandemic, this has been very difficult. Leaders have not made the move any easier, we had to ask 3 times before they actually told us how we should hand in the keys. We were also pressured into having a house viewing 3 days before the government lock down was announced. I only dread to find out how much of our deposit will be deducted, especially as we are currently unable to have the garden waste removed. Very disappointed with their handling of our move, avoiding renting from this company!

Leaders acquired the business of the letting agent I previously dealt with around two years ago. My property has been very well looked after and I have never had any rental voids. Their staff are responsive and professional at all times. I always say the true test of any service provider is how they deal with mistakes. When Leaders re-let my property the advert said it was unfurnished, which was incorrect. On the day he moved in he was shocked to see the property was fully furnished and contacted Leaders. They immediately informed me of their mistake and how they proposed to deal with it. With my permission, they put my furniture into storage at their own expense. Anybody can make a mistake, but only a truly professional business will take full accountability for resolving it. For this and many other reasons I have given Leaders in Norwich 5 stars.

Found Jade to be wonderfully helpful. First viewing with her - she was very understanding to the fact that the property was not what we were looking for. Showed us some other properties that Leaders had on the market and guided us through them, really felt like she was helping us find our next home rather than trying to sell us a property. We viewed two other properties with Jade and each one was closer to what we wanted. When it came to filling out forms and signing paperwork, she was happy to answer any question and gave us the space to read through the documents. We don't yet know how Leaders will perform as the agency we let from but Jade has left us feeling very happy with their performance so far.

This is the first time I rent a house by an agency and I must said I was slightly scared due to the paperwork and application derived duties. However, once I saw my house I wanted to do as much as possible to get it, and the Leaders team helped me SO much during all the process (and during my insane amount of emails and calls to the branch!). Tom and Nicole have been super helpful to me, answering all my questions, replying all my emails, and updating me during the process. I got the house that I wanted and surprisingly I was very calm during all the application process as I knew they where taking care of everything very thoroughly! Staff are friendly, the available properties are varied and of good standard. Unfortunately the fees they charge are crazy high and extortionate, especially when everything seems to take a long time to process. As an existing tenant in one of their properties I assumed my transition to a new home managed by Leaders would be seamless and fuss free, but it was far from that. Having to prove my identity and being charged £300 (normally £380) for references seemed unreasonable on top of other fees, not including deposits. Having since looked at other letting agencies fees and processes I would be unlikely to choose Leaders in the future as they don't offer anything premium or advantages for loyal tenants.

We could not rate the service from leaders , other than the best we have ever received . Having rented from numerous Norwich estate agents , leaders are by far the most professional , polite and proactive agents we have rented through. Any problems with our home they have provided a brilliant service , any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. The house we had chosen to rent , once moved in, had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard , something we hadn’t experienced previously .We often pop in the branch and every member of the team has been helpful throughout our tenancy . We will definitely be contacting leaders once we are looking to buy a property . Thank you again to everyone who has helped us over the past two years .

I am grateful to Emma Meiring for the personal service she offers in managing my properties. I appreciate how she responds to emails and phone calls. I think, as a landlord, it is important to know you can reach someone who will speak to you with knowledge and experience.I feel Emma know me and my tenants.This may be one reason that my tenants have stayed for a long time. I lived in 6 properties in the last 3 years, all based in Norwich city centre. Leaders are by the far the most efficient and friendly team I've had the pleasure of using. I needed to find a place and move in within 2 weeks so was getting quite stressed with my situation and they really went out of their way to help me out. Most notable Tom Palmer. Only a young lad but is quite frankly, fantastic at his job. Really seemed like he cared about my situation and made it happen! Still owe you a beer my man. Definitely recommend Leaders!!
