GoogleKai was fantastic to deal with on our rental property she is an asset to Fine & Country. From our first phone call to signing contracts, she was on hand to give support my partner being newly self-employed makes things harder when it comes to verifiable income but Kai went that extra mile to help with our application process. GoogleMy wife and I thoroughly recommend Fine and Country and Richard Cross in particular. Richard is very professional and helpful. He replies to emails and phone calls extremely promptly, provides advice proactively, summarises issues and paperwork, etc. He was a class apart from other agents we have dealt with.

GoogleThe team at Fine & Country were brilliant, can't thank them enough for all the help and support they gave us. Whilst we were the buyer of the property they were dealing with, they were a lot more helpful than the estate agent who acted for us on our sales process. They always responded quickly and helped whenever they could, even if it wasn't their place to do so. Hope we don't have to sell for a long while, but the the F&C would be the people we'd use. Thank you Fine & Country!

GoogleFine & Country were consistently helpful and professional. The market is challenging at the moment. We experienced this change first-hand from the moment the property was advertised, just as the high was coming to an end, until exchange and completion when things looked very different. I’ve been critical in the past about how much estate agents charge but actually Fine & Country worked very hard for their money. Whether the house sells within a month or a year, they offer the same level of service and I am convinced that it couldn’t have been any better with anyone else. I fully recommend the team in Norwich for their Gold Star effort and thank them from the bottom of my heart.

GoogleWe originally purchased our house with Fine and Country 6 years ago and have now just sold it with them, due to move on Friday. They are consistently professional and friendly, they helped us no end with our recent sale with chasing solicitors etc. Julie esp. was so helpful and every time we called up we were met with Richards happy voice. If you want mature professional estate agents this is where you need to be.

GoogleMy experience with Fine & Country was very pleasant, the staff were all very professional in every aspect of selling our lovely home of 36years, it was made easy by the friendly and courteous manner of Richard, Richard ,Priscilla, and the lovely lady who shew interested viewers/ buyers around, I think her name was Allison. The brochure was so professionally put together, I have shown it to friends, and the quality of photography is outstanding ,I have a copy that I will keep for ever to remember the wonderful times I lived there. GoogleHave used Fine and Country for the purchase and sale of previous properties and will be using them again hopefully in the future. Everyone on the team is professional, helpful and friendly and extremely motivated. We have loved working with everyone from Mike who takes fab pictures and Heidi who compiled the fab brochures to both Richard’s and Philippa who helped push our sale through. Fab team of people would definately recommend fine and country to everyone they are a cut above ALL other estate agents.
