Fine & Country Norwich were excellent throughout our experience with selling our home, and we would highly recommend them. A special mention must go to Richard Cross and Julie Vassar, who were both professional, approachable and extremely helpful from start to finish. Richard’s knowledge, calm guidance and attention to detail gave us real confidence, while Julie was consistently efficient, friendly and excellent at keeping everything moving and communicating clearly - even when there were challenges with the chain! Selling a home can be stressful, but the team at Fine & Country Norwich made the process feel much smoother and more manageable.

Fine & Country did an amazing job for us. They brought our small farm to market fast and got it sold rapidly, in an area with a lot of property that had been up for a long time. Their photography and brochures were excellent. There was always someone I could speak to at the end of the phone, messages were passed on quickly and response times were fast. Julie, their After Sales Manager, was amazing. She held it together, reassured us all and pushed it along marvellously when both sides of the solicitors were dragging their feet and wasting time. So diligent was the team, that they helped us iron out problems with Eon and the solar panels, after completion. I would highly recommend the Norwich office.

This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.

Our property was on the market with another agent for a while. We transferred to Fine and Country and paid for the upgraded package. It was like comparing apples and oranges. The photographer that came to the house spent 3-4 hours taking photographs, compared to 30mins. The difference in the brochures was huge, and we had a steady flow of viewings on the back of it. Unfortunately our chain collapsed twice, so the sale took longer than anticipated, but Fine and Country were fantastic throughout the whole process. We were kept well informed and if a return call was promised, it actually happened! I believe if we had placed the property with F&C from the beginning we would have sold much sooner.

28 February 22: It has taken an amazing team effort to exchange today. The family who are moving in are the right family. We worked hard but without the dedication, common sense, diligence and experience of the two-person team at Norwich Fine and Country over the last eight months it could never have happened. Trust was at the centre of our relationship, we were confident that they were looking out for us, we knew that they understood our love for our house and why it was a difficult decision to leave our friends and Norfolk.
