Alexander & co Norwich. I am a landlord and they persistently call me offering their services. I have repeatedly answered their calls and told them NOT to call me. I have even written and email telling to STOP calling, but they do not stop. What they offer to a landlord is not even remotely competitive with my existing letting agent. Stop wasting my time!

We were on the market for some time, so Alexander and Co really earnt their money. For the first time, I can honestly say an Easte agent was worth their fee. Not only did Tom to and outstanding job of showing people round and gaining a sale, but the after sale service of Jill, taking us to completion was fantatstic. Great communication, honest responses and really empathy. You were a joy to work with, thank you.

Shocking customer service and lack of care from Alexander @ Co in Norwich. If I could put zero stars I would. Property of interest let late last week, property on RightMove all weekend as available, no response to my enquiry and didn’t seem to care when I called to find out and wasn’t bothered that I was a potential future customer… not any more!! #retrainingrequired

I provided an exceptionally short turnaround to be able to organise the lease on a new premises and he was able to help us move in to a property and arrange everything for us to be able to occupy with no hassle at all. The communication was brilliant and allowed us to get everything sorted on the terms that were agreed. Thank you for the help you've provided. It's allowed a small charity project to keeps its doors open!

I had a very bad experience with estate agents. They put Isaac incharge of my case. I had to complain about the way he handled things. There answer was we is yough and inexperienced. They should not let him deal with customs until he is trained to a set standard.

GoogleI’ve dealt with Alexander&Co now for the last 5 years as a tenant in a property managed by Amy Gurton, was a little rocky at the start with a mould issue due to lack of heating in the house but this was soon resolved and since then has beeen smooth sailing! Amy has always been quick to respond and sorted any queries! Been a nice easy 5 years with them and minimal stress so thanks again!

My 21 year old son wanted to purchase his first home - a penthouse! From beginning to end he was treated with respect and was taken seriously. Their dedicated sales progressor - Lyndon was the go-between our solicitors and mortgage people and we got there in the end. This purchase came with a lot of stress due to the fire certificate and Matt spoke me down on many occasion and kept me calm with his reassurance. We have now completed and he is still available & willing to assist with after sales questions. Thank you!

GoogleWe have been tenants of Alexander and Co for about 10 years until recently when we bought a brand new house. We are sorry to go as the team at Norwich have been amazing and helpful. They have always returned calls, emails and dealt with any emergency swiftly and there have been a few. Big shout out to Amy who has been assisting us with the end of our tenancy and has been bombarded with emails from me. Thank you for replying and having patience. Please pass on our thanks to all.
