Having been in our new house for 6 weeks I feel that I have review and thank abbotFox for making it all possible. When we made the decision to move and, contacted abbotFox the response was brilliant. From the first contact we were consulted and, kept informed of all developments pertaining to our move. It was in fact abbotFox who found our new house, having made the effort to know our requirements. Being a retired Police officer and my wife working for the NHS it was nice to see how abbotFox were supporting the emergency services during this pandemic. Once again I would like to thank all the staff at abbotFox for making our move so seamless. Moving house they say is one of the most stressful activities during ones life. Ours however was not. I have no hesitation in awarding abbotFox 5 stars for all their help and going the extra mile.

Do not use! Flat has mould, damp, faulty boiler and wiring. However after nearly 3 months I’m told it’s normal and they won’t be doing anything about it. I work nights as a key worker and when I came home at 5am my door was wide open as the doors broken. There an utter joke. No communication unless u put a bad review as like last time when I was tricked into removing with false promise of the work being fixed. The property isn’t fit for living in and I’m gonna be taking a legal route to the highest extent. Do not use they don’t care about you just there bonuses.

I do not recommend anyone uses this agency as they have very poor communication skills and very unprofessional in dealing with tenants and problems in the property , we have had a very unfortunate experience with Abbott Fox and still dealing with an ongoing problem with no hot water ! ( just one of several major issues) Week 3 now ! Incredibly frustrating!! We are seeking legal advice now as feel it’s the only way forward.
