We sold our home through Burtlers in the recent difficult climate of property market!. From the initial visit to my home , I knew I will use their services because the advice started from the best time the property will be listed to taking the right photos of the property.It was flawless service. I thought that was a good service already at this point , then they went beyond and above to ensure viewing was conducive by arranging block bookings . I was updated regularly in a timely manner and property was sold within 2 weeks! However I dont think will could have completed the sale if it wasn't for their delligence as we had a bad experience with Solicitors. Amazing customer service Very experienced and personable team. Would give more stars if possible. Barry and Liam have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish buying our first home. Very clear and upfront with any important information we needed, Completely genuine and full contact with them throughout the process. They constantly helped us with our solicitors to get everything on track and completed to help the seller and us massively. We were first time buyers and Barry could not have been more friendly and helpful to us! From the beginning he encouraged us to ask any questions we wanted to ensure we understood all the steps involved and so we didn’t feel pressured. It was so helpful to us as first time buyers to have someone who we felt we could trust and who ensured we didn’t feel silly asking those questions. After we had our offer accepted he kept us up to date and guided us as the sale progressed both through the Butler Residential website and WhatsApp. This also meant we could contact Barry at any time. He even answered and helped sort picking up our keys when he was isolating with Covid! He has been up front and very honest throughout this process and I couldn’t recommend Butler Residential more. We don’t plan on moving for a long time but if we do we would hope to use them again!

We viewed a beautiful property with Barry recently and I wanted to leave a review as the experience was excellent. The photos of the house we viewed and the description attached stood out to us - the content was clearly chosen and crafted very carefully in order to attract a buyer. We've read hundreds of house listings in the past year and this one was something very different and a little bit special, even going to the lengths of adding a new photo of the house after recent snow. The viewing itself was great - Barry clearly knew about the house in detail and answered all of our questions, adding interesting history and background to structural details. Again, we've viewed with other agents and found that they don't always know the answer to even simple questions. The pace was really good too and we had space to look around in quiet as well as accompanied. We chose a similar size of firm (small, family run) to sell our current property as well and i think this is the best way to go as the larger firms just don't seem to work anywhere near as hard. We would very seriously consider selling through Butler Residential in future if/when we make our next sale (once we've managed to move across to Cambridgeshire!).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Amazing service from Start to finish. Barry does everything from the valuation, photographs, viewings etc. He totally manages the process. So you don’t get into the situation where potential viewers are coming around and agents who have never seen your house are trying to answer the questions. He only takes on 15 properties at a time and he sold ours in 6 days. Very impressed. The property portal is great as well, you always see where you are in the process. I would recommend Butler Residential to anyone.
