GoogleI have been with Robsons over a number of years and although we went through a bit of a bad patch in terms of service, I definitely feel they have taken the feedback on board and made some necessary improvements. My last letting was done quickly, professionally and without any hiccups. Ongoing service with our other properties has also been good over the last year or so. I would recommend Simon, Shirley, Jack, Sam, Helen, Louise and Agnes for your property lettings.

GoogleCurrently in the process of renting a flat through Robsons and so far everything has been properly explained and going smoothly. Although it is a bit tricky for me to be available for phone calls during working hours, any points James and his team needed from my side have been sorted very quickly since we started this process and they've also been responsive via emails. So far so good and I hope it will remain like this until the end.

GoogleMy wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the service Gabriela at Robsons provided, specifically, Gabriela was a superstar. She listened to our needs and requirements and made sure to regularly touch base as new properties became available. Other letting agents just sent anything without any filter or listening to our needs which focussed our search via Robsons. Her knowledge of the local areas, properties on the books and how these could fit our needs was brilliant. Gabriela was super responsive and proactive at all times and ensured we were able to view a range of properties at convenient times/dates for us. Her case notes ensured her colleagues were also able to very much help any time we called and the viewings were brilliant with friendly and understanding agents who wanted us to make sure we would be happy with the property (no pressure of supposed other offers etc). In fact every member of the Robsons staff were friendly, polite, efficient and ready and willing to help. On this occasion our requirements were too specific to match to the properties available, but we would not hesitate to recommend Gabriela and the Robsons team.

GoogleWhile I did not end up agreeing a tenancy through Robsons, I am leaving this review because of the absolutely outstanding service I received from James Winter of their lettings team. I was searching for a rental property that would be suitable for a wheelchair user, which is a serious challenge in the current rental climate. However, James was incredibly knowledgeable about the properties Robsons had available, and routinely went above and beyond to try and identify suitable properties for us to view. When other agents in the area wouldn’t even call me back (I was given the impression that trying to help a disabled tenant find somewhere suitable was too much of a time investment for most, when the lettings market is moving so quickly), James regularly called to check in and provide fresh options, and continuously impressed me with his genuine want to help, his knowledge and approachability. For anyone looking to rent in and around the Harrow area, I would strongly recommend James as a letting agent, as he is possibly the best and most helpful in the entire area (I should know, I’ve spoken to most of them)! Over the years, we have rented, bought properties since then from Robsons and along with Shirley worked closely with Gary, Katie, Gabriella, Sam, Morgan and Louise and no chance we will ever go to another agent. Shirley and the team are just brilliant and goes an extra mile to ensure that the process is stress-free. They have never been shy to spend extra time to understand the clients' needs and assist them find the right fit. Helen is an excellent property manager and very proactive and always received a quick response to handling issues. Very recently Simon was helping us with our query and he along with Helen kept us informed at every step and were very patient and diligent handling it.
