Quite disappointed overall from my experience with BJB. Had multiple issues with the property i was in, including a faulty front door which was reported December 2019. I moved out last month and this still hadn't been sorted. Its the letting agents job to ensure the landlord keeps the property in a livable and safe condition. This was not done and as a tenant i shouldn't have to be chasing for updates every week.

GoogleButters John Bee were fantastic throughout our whole recent selling and buying experience. Excellent service and always someone on the end of the phone to answer any queries. House selling and buying is a time consuming and sometimes very complicated process,but nothing was too much trouble.They always had enough time for us and were extremely friendly and professional. Also highly recommend using the in-house financial services for arranging a mortgage. Again, excellent industry knowledge and time taken to explain everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend BJB to anyone looking to sell or buy in the future .

Their initial valuation was way out (but the same as 2 other agents I invited to quote). Professional service and they obtained a sale.They kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. All their staff that I had contact with were professional and helpful.
