GoogleAfter living in the house a year, our boiler went. Though the handbook states only to contact them in an emergency (due to the time it went), they stated we should have called them and will now not honour the warranty. Very poor show and highly disappointed.

We bought an Anwyl home at Udall Grange in stone and will never buy another new build from this company again. ‘Family run business’ we were told...had nothing but problems. Terrible customer service, filthy when we moved in, 67 pages of snagging...I could go on. Really disappointed in what should have been our dream home, avoid at all costs!!! 😳
