We have been shafted by this company…

We have been shafted by this company and I was heartbroken. Got told we couldn’t reserve a plot at St Helens, Lea Grange until we had sold our present house, so we put it on the market and sold it within 24 hours, only to then find out the last house available had been reserved for someone else who hadn’t yet sold theirs. They were keeping it reserved for a week to give them time to sell. We finally got the call to say we’d lost the house, we have now had an offer on ours and nowhere to go. On the plus side, I’ve just read these reviews on the building quality and it looks like we’ve had a lucky escape. But it doesn’t take away the fact that we were treated like we didn’t matter. I’m going to go and knock on a few doors like one of these posts suggests and I’m going to ask if people are happy with their purchase. Learn a lesson and read reviews before parting with hundreds of thousands, someone is definitely looking out for me.And look at the response from Anwyl. Obviously didn’t read my review properly.

We had Josh Hough come and cover up a stain on the ceiling, I must say that he has done a great job and it looks new again. Very respectful of our property also considering we have an escape artist of a dog A credit to the Anwyl name.

Our 2nd Anwyl Home

We moved into our new home in January 2021, this is our 2nd Anwyl home and we wouldn't buy with anyone else. We have had a couple of teething issues, which are to be expected with a new home but the customer service team have been great and really supportive, although a little delayed due to the current situation. The site team were great and answered any questions we had before and during build. It was great to see our home being built from start to finish.

Amazing service

Amazing service, friendly staff at bluebell meadows (Lorraine). She was very helpful and showed me around all the houses until I finally bought my dream home. It’s not just that she helped with selling the house but supported me throughout the paperwork and legals and even “interior designing”. I couldn’t thank her more and she is definitely a valuable asset to anwyl homes. I must mention the exceptional site manager (Chris) and his assistant (Ben) for showing me around and also helping with any remedial issues I faced. Their support was immediate and very helpful. I would highly recommend going for a visit!!

From Kelly and Marie in the sales office to site managers, Keith and Scott, nothing has been too much trouble and they are all delightful people to deal with. They have made what could have been a stressful experience as easy as possible. The house is lovely, warm and comfortable and everything works!

Richard Nelson came yesterday to remove the seal in the shower and floor as it had not been done correctly. Richard did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up after himself . He is extremely professional and takes pride in his work . He was very informative about what he was doing and why and nothing was too much trouble .

Very satisfied with kitchen repairs!

Paul Higham came to fix our kitchen top drawer this week. I cannot praise him enough. Rather than rushing to do a quick 5 min repair job, he took his time and did a professional first class job for us. He vacuumed and cleaned up after himself, which was appreciated. We would be very glad to have Paul again for any future work.

Flexible and accomidating

The workman who came to sort out some cosmetic cracking on the staircase was very accomidating of our little ones. When they where napping he agreed a time to come back to do the work. He completed the job quickly and though I'm currently waiting for the paint to dry, it looks like he's done a great job.
