We’ve been in our new home a few months on The Fairways now and are delighted with it. Few minor snags have now all been resolved and we are very happy and settled in our brand new home. Great experience from start to finish, Helen and Sarah in Sales to Gaz and Phil in Build and all the subcontractors and finishing trades we’ve come across since. Really happy and highly recommend.

We are plot 85 at Winnington and the sales team have been amazing throughout our journey. Kelly has gone above and beyond to help us through our journey and Marie equally lovely and helpful both are a credit to Anwyl. I can’t thank them enough for giving us such a positive experience buying our first new build. We haven’t been in our home long and site managers Keith and Phil have been great at sorting out any teething issues we have had so far. Will post back once our snags have been completed. Thank you Anwyl Team.

Great work from Rich and Lee to fix the squeaky floorboards in our main bedroom, hallway, stairs and second bedroom over multiple appointments. The only issue is getting them booked in with the customer care as the wait time is multiple months and even though it was ongoing this was not prioritised. From start to finish the job took 5 months as they had to come back four times but we couldn’t get all appointments over a few months.

We moved into our beautiful new home in September this year. Debbie the Sales Adviser could not have been more helpful during the process. We felt we could trust her to have our interests at heart. She was open and honest about the sometimes bumpy road of settling on a completion date. We also met Ian the Site Manager at this stage and we were impressed by his professionalism and ‘can do’ attitude. He gives confidence in the manner by which he organises the many and varied contractors on site which is no easy task. He also went the extra mile on an issue which was important to us and which we appreciated.Oliver (new Site Manager) and Pete (Assistant Site Manager) are also very approachable and easy to deal with. They have reduced our initial list of 32 snags to around 10 outstanding at the time of writing and we trust that these will all be resolved early in 2023.Our experience with Anwyl Homes so far, has been positive and we have no hesitation in recommending the company to prospective buyers.

Anwyl have gone above and beyond for us at Plot 72 Priory Gardens! Sam & Steph you have both been amazing and are a credit to Anwyl!I’ve had tradesman in doing other work in the house and also have family & friends who are tradesman & every single one has pointed out the high quality of the build - which they rarely see at new builds! We were very close to losing the home due to government changes but Anwyl pulled out all the stops to avoid this from happening - I will always be thankful for this!The builders and workmen have all been great, they have worked their socks off for us, we raised a few minor issues and all have been worked on - they even brought us a skip round when they noticed our garage was full of rubbish from moving in!Again, thank you to everyone at Anwyl for being so patient with us and giving us such a positive experience, I will be recommending you to all my friends and family!

I’d like to thank the sales team at Anwyl Homes Holmes Chapel. Alex Helen and Tom have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would recommend Anwyl to anyone. The house is beautiful and exactly as described at point of sale. The team have been so helpful and honest. Their Completion date estimate was spot on to the day. Baring in mind how hard it is to get good skilled trades these days, we are extremely impressed. Great job guys! Bravo!!

Our experience of purchasing a new build was smooth and very straightforward. From placing deposits down from step 1 all the way through till build completion and receiving the keys. Carol in the office kept me regularly updated step by step on the build process and was a great help when selecting the interior specifcation for the kitchen and bathroom. The build quality is excellent and the site teams 4 week check after completion shows their commitment to quality assurance. The Anwyl staff were all helpful and communicated to me throughout, as was the support with the solicitors. This made the whole process seemingless throughout. I highly recommend the Anwyl team and especially the staff at the Oaks office!

Avoid.Sales team is not professional.Make sure you write every issue you can spot on the document the day you collect the keys.It's hard to get the snags fixed. And you need to keep chasing customer "care".They always hide behind NHBC, so they don't fix the issue.Site manager won't care about residents.

Buying a new build can be a daunting experience if you’ve never done it before and the process can be different to what you’re used to. No need to have any worries because Sam and Steph will do an amazing job welcoming you in and guiding you along the journey in such a professional and relatable way that you will instantly feel at home. Always happy and smiling, even when they are snowed under, nothing will be too much trouble for them to make sure you have the best experience with Anwyl. Absolutely disgusting!! This has been in the local press !! And about to be on BBC Wales! My son fell through a broken drain grid on site., causing bruising to his legs and panic! Took 4 days for a manager to call me back. And once they completed “their review of the site” I get an email back saying it’s basically our own fault because they advise people to use the pathways! How are we supposed to get from one path to another without crossing the road??!!! They refused all responsibility!!
