Dire levels of communication for their commercial department. While we showed great interest in buying one of their commercial properties listed they showed very little interest in selling it to us.
Dear Mark, I have spoken to the commercial manager and his team regarding your review. We’re sorry you missed out on the purchase of the very popular property, however, the seller chose to withdraw the property and therefore all viewings, pending viewings and offers were cancelled. I have looked into this and can confirm the commercial team did send you the brochure and also chased the seller to organise a viewing on your behalf. In this instance the seller was slow to respond to our request for your viewing which was why our response to you was delayed while we were awaiting their response. Additionally, the seller apologised for the delay in response for the viewings request they were deciding whether to withdraw the property due to personal circumstances. Hexham Branch.This is our 4th time dealing with Cheryl from Rook Matthews Sayer in Hexham. A positive experience again. Would never consider another agent. I find her very upfront and honest, which is a breath of fresh air in what is an inflated market with unrealistic expectations. Helen and Leah are also very approachable and efficient making for a positive experience all round.
