FacebookProperty value estimates have changed very recently and they are terrible! I own two properties next door to each other. One twice the size of the other and apparently now the smaller one is worth £75k more than the bigger one! the larger has also now dropped in value by 49% since we bought it in 2006! Utter codswallop! Check your home's value, this isn't just affecting me!

Every time they say to me that other applicant got it and then they keep the flat on a market for another month or so.
They either lying to me or they keep non available property listed.

Exactly the same for me and also applied three times by email to view flats. I received an email saying I should hear in 48 hours. Five days later I’m still waiting for a reply and then when I phone I’ll be told it’s gone. Waste of time.

FacebookCrooks that lied to me upon sign up, assured me i could cancel if it didnt work out. I tried to cancel and was ignored for several months, Finally someone responds to my query and tells me i have to stay for another 2 months.
Never got one good lead from them, never did a single let from an applicant from zoopla, You will have better luck with Facebook marketplace or any other property portal
I requested letter of deadlock only to be blackmailed in return.
If I accept the letter of deadlock I will then forfeit my cancellation.
Highly not recommended.

FacebookAs a long term agent using Zoopla for many years, I have recently given notice. To be told that it was a few days after an apparent auto renewal for a further 12 months. I cannot find any indication of an auto renewal, but to tie in a loyal customer, unilaterally, for a whole year is outrageous. We’ve all had tough times due to Covid and a very slow second half of 2021 but this is beyond acceptable. Direct debit cancelled and seeking legal advice. Please be careful fellow agents.

Facebookin the past 3-years we have spent in excess of £20,000 on our home we had a look at Zoopla so we could update the information held and we cannot update anything it does not give a true representation or reflect the house that is being sold and and and the estimates are far below the prices that estate agents in my area have estimated my house to be worth so anyone that is looking on Zoopla for an estimate of a house the price is far below what the house is genuinely worth so I'm sorry Zoopla absolutely rubbish

FacebookThe decision to disallow feedback on improvements and on factors affecting an individual property situated in an area with very mixed property types makes an absolute nonsense of your valuations, For example a large, modern and very up to date house cannot be valued by using algorithms that obviously reference average values in an area where many of the properties are significantly smaller and older. Used to have reasonable confidence in your valuations but not anymore. Please re-instate the ability to challenge a valuation by supplying amended data where appropriate .
