GoogleI have been dealing with Your Move since moving into my property in July. I had a few problems with the property when I moved in and had been liaising with Tom Kruger and he was absolutely fantastic! He was so quick to help get things solved and kept in touch to make sure everything had been resolved and that I was happy and all settled in. BY FAR the best agents I've have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them!!

GoogleWe were a group of 4 students and were with your move for the last part of our tenancy, deposit dealing was awful, took weeks and weeks, we still haven’t received deposits back and we’re charged for things we shouldn’t be responsible for.
Dear Jade, I am sorry that you were disappointed that the landlord and ourselves proposed deductions from your security deposit for the student property you rented between December 2020 and July 2021. As you will know the landlord transferred the management of the property to us half way through your tenancy term as they were unhappy with the previous letting agent. When the tenancy ended, an independent company conducted a final inspection report against the original inventory. After comparing both reports the landlord agreed for us to propose a deduction from your security deposit. The landlord could have, but decided not to propose further deductions for the Broken lamp, damage to sofa and for repainting a wall where 30 sticky pads had to be removed. On the basis that you disagreed with the proposed deductions, we advised you to raise a dispute directly with MyDeposits. They will adjudicate the matter independently after reviewing the original Inventory, Final Inspection report, proposed deductions and any written statements supplied by tenant, agent or landlord. As of today, we have not been notified my MyDeposits that you have raised a dispute with them.
