GoogleExtremely pleased with the services provided to me by Kingsley, he was efficient and made my moving in transition go very smoothly. I had no issues in regards to getting a hold of him, and he kept me updated without giving me the run around. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received!

GoogleHave dealt with Sam Throw for many years as I work as a local mortgage adviser. He is brilliant at looking after his customers and ensuring the integrity of Your Move is upheld. Honestly say if I wanted anyone to sell my house, it would be him and his team.

GoogleHad a move in cancelled with circa 12 hours notice, without any notion of refund, compensation or even an apology. This foul excuse of a company attempt to make you feel like a criminal for so much as reading the contract and demanding that it’s adhered to. Awful, Awful experience. Edit: within an hour of leaving this review, I was called by the company and asked to take it down as it was “damaging” to them.

GoogleThis is unfortunate that I have to change my review of the estate agents based on my recent bad experience with them. When you let out a property and when you as an estate agent say "we have deep cleaned the property through professional cleaners" and when I find the carpet of my house full of hairs, this isn't what a deep clean is supposed to be. Utterly disappointed with the level of service. I mean this is what you guys are paid to do. right? why should I be telling you what you should and should not do? Secondly when you tell people things that you are not sure about yourself, that makes me doubt if you guys really know what you are doing.....when I viewed this property you guys told me TWICE "there are sofas and cupboards in the property and later on you come to a point asking tenants "do you have this thing in writing that we said?" this tells me you guys are not really good at what you are doing. Sorry guys I have to take all my good words back and reflect what actually happened to me when I moved in. You MUST know what you are saying and you MUST do your job when you are paid to do your job. Horrific experience.
