Particularly one member of staff that stood out to me was Sandra Prawda; she was so kind and extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. She guided me through the process of the application with ease and made my overall experience very easy and enjoyable. GoogleYour move Northampton delivered us great service for the whole customer journey . Initially we were shown the property by Floyd who gave us great information on the various options without being pushy, then he introduced us to Graham their associated mortgage advisor who qualified my daughter and got her a mortgage offer within days. Finally, we were looked after by the wonderful sales Coordinator Joanne (Jo) who delivered service beyond excellence, she kept us well informed, chased all parties to ensure our dates were met. She was the first to congratulate us on exchange of contracts!
