GoogleWanna start of this review by saying the Thomas lack the “manager” is completely unhelpful, he never answers emails and even admitted he ignored it.
I’ve asked him several times to help me with my matter and still hasn’t been dealt with.
I’ve asked to collect my personal items that I have left behind in the property but he didn’t even answer until 2 weeks later when I had to message and message again.
Then claims I can’t collect them because it’s too late but never actually answered my messages untill too late.
I think this is completely unacceptable and a joke.
Then trying to charge us extortionate prices to repair things £300 nearly for wall filler when it’s £5 in home bargains.
Then trying to charge us £150 for a trellis replacement we didn’t even break it was the wind but it’s for £150 when there £20 off eBay
Edit- Peter, you did not help me one bit. You lack replies, like Tom did clearly just try to avoid the problem.
All I wanted was my 25 pound clock back and you couldn’t even give me that because yet again, lack of replies were happening.
So don’t try and say you, or your colleagues helped me because you didn’t

Charlotte, We have tried to contact you several times to discuss this matter. Thomas has been working to try and settle your security deposit after your tenancy ended. Apologies if you don't feel his responses have been satisfactory. Unfortunately, the landlord was unhappy with the condition the property had been returned in at the end of your tenancy. The landlord has provided detailed invoices for the costs they have incurred and is looking to claim these costs back from your security deposit.
Your security deposit remains protected with MyDeposits, a government approved deposit scheme. If you do not agree with the landlord's deductions, you can raise a dispute with the deposit scheme, and the outcome will be decided by their Dispute Resolution Service.
