GoogleI cannot rate these agents highly enough for the amazing and stress free service I received for finding new tenants. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond.

GoogleWent to a pre-arranged viewing with Mr McNab who couldn't look any more disinterested in us if he tried and clearly wanted to leave ASAP. Really shocking Estate agent, just let us walk around the house and hardly said anything. No follow up either to get feedback. Made the job he is doing look like anyone could do it!

GoogleI sold my flat through O’Riordan Bond during a tricky time for the market - thankyou to the team for all the help and making the process as smooth as it can be!

TrustpilotKnowledge and experience
The amount of support, guidance, and hard work put in to helping me sell my house was second to none. The knowledge of the market and local area was superb. Highly recommended.

GoogleIt was an extremely smooth process acquiring a home away from home. Chelsea, Alana and Claire have been extremely supportive throughout. I would highly recommend the agency to anybody looking to find a home. They made the experience stress-free for us.

GoogleOur tenants of 12 months gave notice and Oriordan Bond Lettings very promptly informed me and began a search for new tenants. New tenants were promptly identified and vetted and are already living in the property. I was kept well informed regularly of progress of the whole change out.

GoogleI’ve used this company for the last 6 years. I bought my house with them and I’ve been letting it out with them since. My last tenants recently bought their own house. O’Riordan Bond have quickly found me another suitable tenant with minimal fuss to myself. I would recommend.

GoogleChelsea and Claire we're extremely helpful in finding me a tenant for my property and managing the process thereafter. They got me the best rate out of competition and we're the most competitive on price. Would highly recommend

FacebookAfter a very long and arduous search Adele and Laura found us our perfect home. After failed purchases and broken chains the purchase with the brixworth office was the smoothest of our experiences with multiple agents. With excellent local knowledge, they were efficient, friendly and made the whole process painless. We now have our forever home. Thank you so very much .

GoogleWithout going into detail and slagging this estate agents off publicly I would avoid at all costs. Sales department seem very helpful and knowledgeable but the lettings side are in a world of their own. Luckily we don't have to let through them.... the viewings and communication were appalling. Shame as used to be a reputable company.

GoogleBought our first house with them and I couldn't be happier with the professional service provided. Good communication between us by email and phone, very friendly and responsive. Kept us up to date throughout the process which lasted less than 2 months. Would definitely recommend if you want to buy or sell.

FacebookUsed the office at East Hunsbury. Fantastic and supportive estate agents, they went above and beyond with the sale of my house. If I need the assistance of an estate agent in the future would 100% use them again
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
