GoogleVery disappointed with the service, updates were only provided when I chased for them and they were inaccurate. No one even contacted me on the day of completion. Would not use them in future.

FacebookBrixworth O’Riordan Bond were excellent. We sold our old house and purchased our new house through the Brixworth office. At all times they were highly efficient and knowledgable as well as always being available whenever we had a query. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI appreciate negative reviews on here, but our experience was quite good - quick response, customer focus, provision of information - all was done in timely manner and our purchase went pretty smoothly. Dealt with several people and all were good with us

TrustpilotAwful customer service skills
Awful customer service skills, and a complete lack of knowledge of any housing legislation. It’s a joke to be honest. Honestly, avoid.

FacebookAbsolutely the worst agent I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Tried to impose fees for things that were free in the contract. Rude. Pushy. Undervalued property. Don't respond to emails.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
