GoogleArranged to view a professional letting and was told Sarah would meet us at the gates. No one ever turned up despite us waiting half an hour. Absolutely disgusting that keyhome have wasted our time, but judging from the ratings they have received I'm glad I've avoided dealing with them!

GoogleI first used Key Homes when attending the University of Northampton. They were very helpful from the start to the end of the process. Great support from all the staff there - they would go out of their way to help me when I needed it. Thank you!

GoogleThis company comes across all friendly but is a diabolical shambles. Inexperienced, uncaring staff. Unfortunately they know students are desperate to get houses. And once your in they only care about the money they earn and not the fact they are supposed to provide a service for earning that money!!!

GoogleNot only did they try to blame us for damages that were present before we rented the accommodation, they also took a massive chunk of out of my deposit for "cleaning" which is a huge lie as i made sure the room was spotless when i left.

GoogleIf you want to have a peaceful time in uni DO NOT get a house through them. Sarah, Ann, Donna, Florence, Lauren and more some names here have left now. Worst people ever. Money hungry company. Plus the new building is tacky.

GoogleNever had a problem with Keyhole the year I was letting with them. Lovely, friendly staff always happy to help if willing to help back. Great student properties at affordable prices. Would highly recommend if a student looking for somewhere within Northampton.
