As a landlord for many years I deal with many agents when selling and buying property and I can honestly say that my recent experience with H & H has been one of the most stress free and enjoyable one ever. The team there are fantastic and very professional and they never dropped the ball once. In a market which has been crazy over the last year they must be rushed off their feet but they still managed to make the transaction smooth and trouble free. I particularly liked their proactive approach and special mention must go to Julian who was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again soon.

GoogleThis is now the 3rd house my wife and I have sold through H&H and we have not been able to fault them throughout. Jamie and David have been spot on. Nothing is too much trouble; from the initial call to come and value the house to completion. They may be a tad more expensive than the 'internet ones' but worth every penny for the caring, personal touch that I feel the industry has lost. GoogleWe had to move to Northampton because of my job and I needed to find a place very quickly to be at the office. After trying a couple of places and not hearing anything in a timely manner, my partner discovered H&H. They had a great 3 bedroom house in the perfect location. From registering our interest, it was less than 3 weeks to moving in! The whole process was really painless and Evie and the crew always responded promptly. Considering we were 180 miles away, it was easier than renting our last place face to face! The house is amazing and was clean and well maintained at the time we moved in. The fixtures and fittings are good quality and well fitted. We have everything we were hoping for and more I'd definitely recommend H&H to anyone looking for a place

Both Javed and Evie guided me on how I needed to prepare the property in order to secure a fair rent and a good tenant. During the cleaning and refurbishment stage, Javed and Evie showed prospective tenants the property and advised them on what the finished property would be like.The whole process of selecting Howkins and Harrison was painless with the team being proactive from the beginning and continued to communicate and update me throughout the marketing process. At no point did I have to chase anyone.The property is now rented out with no issues so far!

I started renting a property 4 years ago with Howkins and Harrison, since being in the property we have completely re done the garden re decorated everywhere and re carpeted, recently we have had to move out the property due to a change in circumstance, we deep cleaned the house and carpets due to us being allowed to keep dogs. New tenants have been in the property for a week and complained about dog hair to which images have been sent with minimal dog hairs showing I am now being told out of an £800 deposit I was originally getting back only £195 and there will be more reductions due to the new tenants wanting the carpets re done! Absolutely appalled at this treatment we have improved the property and left it in a fit and clean condition and now being told a week after someone else had had the keys and moved in that I am still going to be charged for there mess! NOT HAPPY!!
