Awful experience with the Northampton branch. Its nearly been a month since i left the rented property and i still haven't received my deposit back. They said they would have it sent to me last week but then they 'missed the cut off'. They are so keen to get it the deposit off of you before you can move in, but they are more then happy to keep your money!Will never use the company again!
We're sorry about this Emily, it would never be our intention to purposefully delay any of this. As you are aware, we were waiting for a third party cost that needed to be factored in. We appreciate that this did cause a delay but it was all resolved within the terms of the tenancy agreement. Thank you for for your feedback and best wishes.
