Amazing 5 * service from David and Jamie (Northampton branch). They have been attentive and professional from start to finish of assisting us selling our house and finding our new home. They were always at the end of the phone or email and provided regular updates throughout the process. Can’t recommend and thank them enough for their service. Thank you!

It was a pleasure dealing with Javed

It was a pleasure dealing with Javed! We will always remember him helping us with the property when we needed it the most. In two years, we have had no problem/issue with the landlord or the Howkins & Harrison…. We are really thankful of Javed and will definitely remember this lettings agency for any future property needs.

Alex Eldred /Howkins and Harrison

Alex Eldred has helped us a lot to deal with issues regarding fallen branches in our garden. Within a few days he had arranged for a contractor to come at the property and give the owner a quite. Quick to reply and always keeping us informed.

Howkins & Harrison were the estate agents for the property I purchase, and are now also the ones managing the property, and I couldn't be happier with their work. The whole team across both sales and lettings have been courteous, professional and approachable right from the start, and especially helpful to me as both a first time buyer and first time landlord at the same time! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

In praise of Howkins and Harrison estate agents inTowcester.

Enthusiasm, positivity, charm, honesty, and good knowledge of the local market ensured that Howkins and Harrison were given the chance to sell our old Edwardian house in Greens Norton. 6 days later the house was sold STC. We were amazed at this wonderful teamwork and the service we received from Martin Karen and Holly. The process went smoothly with a few issues cropping up which were diplomatically dealt with and we were able to complete before the stamp duty deadline. We are extremely grateful. Wonderful service, wonderful estate agents. From Jane and Dick Shuker.

Professional and extremely competent

As a landlord for many years I deal with many agents when selling and buying property and I can honestly say that my recent experience with H & H has been one of the most stress free and enjoyable one ever. The team there are fantastic and very professional and they never dropped the ball once. In a market which has been crazy over the last year they must be rushed off their feet but they still managed to make the transaction smooth and trouble free. I particularly liked their proactive approach and special mention must go to Julian who was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am looking forward to working with them again soon.

This is now the 3rd house my wife and I have sold through H&H and we have not been able to fault them throughout. Jamie and David have been spot on. Nothing is too much trouble; from the initial call to come and value the house to completion. They may be a tad more expensive than the 'internet ones' but worth every penny for the caring, personal touch that I feel the industry has lost. Calls and emails always answered very promptly with answers and good advice. Thoroughly recommend. Ian and Jess Price

We had to move to Northampton because of my job and I needed to find a place very quickly to be at the office. After trying a couple of places and not hearing anything in a timely manner, my partner discovered H&H. They had a great 3 bedroom house in the perfect location. From registering our interest, it was less than 3 weeks to moving in! The whole process was really painless and Evie and the crew always responded promptly. Considering we were 180 miles away, it was easier than renting our last place face to face! The house is amazing and was clean and well maintained at the time we moved in. The fixtures and fittings are good quality and well fitted. We have everything we were hoping for and more I'd definitely recommend H&H to anyone looking for a place

I definitely recommend this agency, the professionalism and the way of working and treated people in order to achieve people's need are high. Evie and Javed have done a brilliant work when we rent a house, everything was explained and guided, just a few steps to follow and we got the keys. Still very responsive to everything we need with all about the house, and we decided to renew the contract, thank you.PositiveProfessionalism
