These Estate Agents are completely on the ball, very proactive, they get things done, communication is excellent. Been corresponding with them on a current sale file I am acting on (they are the estate agent for a seller further in the chain), its been a complicated one but Deborah in particular has gone above and beyond trying to get this to happen but due to no fault of the Estate Agent, and more down to the buyers lawyer it has taken some time. Would definitely recommend

Having just completed the sale of my house it is with great pleasure to write this review of the Lutterworth team.If Ali, Deborah or Helen are representative of the whole team at Lutterworth then they are without doubt the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Howkins and Harrison LutterworthWe bought and purchased through Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth and can honestly say that from start to finish they have been great 👍 All through the purchase and sale of both properties we have received almost daily updates (certainly towards the end) from the team keeping us informed which has made the sale and purchase less stressful than it certainly could have been. Deborah especially has gone above and beyond to ensure everything was exchanged and completed smoothly and to be honest without her I think I would have pulled my hair out, she really is wonderful and becomes more like a friend than an estate agent! Alison and Beth also deserve a mention as they have been fantastic to deal with, Beth on the Sale side and Alison on the purchase side, they really are a great team and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We purchased through Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth. From the moment we arranged a viewing they were great. They kept us up to date through the whole process with weekly emails about how the move was progressing. Deborah especially was amazing and went over and above to get our house move through. We had some issues with our buyers / their solicitors and we knew the people we were buying from wanted to get their house through so we’re fearful of it falling through. She gave us multiple options and ideas on how to make sure the house got to completion which you do not always get as it is not the easy option - and she listened to us ranting about the process which she didn’t need to do. Everyone involved in the team have been so fantastic taking everything in their stride and dealt with all of the complexities we had along the way. Alison and Beth have also been lovely to speak to at the viewings and on the phone going over and above to make the process as smooth as possible for us. I would highly recommend this estate agents (which I never thought I would say about an estate agents but they really have shown us there are some fantastic ones out there).

GoogleWe have used Howkins and Harrison for a while now for our small portfolio of property's , There are so helpful always on the ball , and nothing is to big or small ,and will arrange all maintenance for property's they keep you in touch with everything they have found us brilliant tenants and we have had no problems with them , they do everything at a acceptable rate, We feel they have every thing in hand and don't have any worries with our property's and that they are in safe hands We would recommend them 100% Mark and his team are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need

GoogleHowkins & Harrison's Duston office were the letting agent I had the pleasure of dealing with last year, when renting a property to be closer to my family in Northampton. As a landlord myself letting properties in Suffolk, I have previous experience of dealing with letting agents, who have not always provided the service I would have liked. Being a tenant in this instance I could not fault Howkins & Harrison's attention to detail and particularly Jamie's expertise in steering me through the application process. As a prospective tenant I was given all the information required to proceed with my application in a speedy and easy manner, especially as the referencing is most efficiently done in-house. Once settled in my new home, a three-monthly inspection was carried out by Vanessa, again with a useful information letter asking me to mention any problem that might need attention. When I unfortunately left the property to return to Suffolk, I was given clear instructions as to what was required of me, and following these ensured I received my deposit back in full within a few days of departure, together with a letter of thanks on how nicely I had left the property for the next tenant. If only there were more letting agents like Howkins & Harrison!!!

GoogleMy recently widowed mother sold our family home of 47 years with the very able assistance of David Clarke from Howkins and Harrison, Northampton. Having bought and sold houses myself, many times, I can honestly say that the service we received from David was vastly superior and worth every penny. Having been recently widowed and not familiar with the process of moving home, my mum needed extra help and a ton of understanding. David did not falter, whilst remaining good humoured through out. The sale went through very quickly, within a week, and the after sales care was exemplary. Mum has now moved to Wiltshire and is settling in well. Thank you, David, from both of us. I would not hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison to anyone.

If I could have given them zero stars I would have. I viewed a property close to me so I knew the area well and what the market was for properties. After the viewing, I rang H&H to ask some questions about the property and was told there was nobody available to answer my questions, but that someone would ring me back. So I told the person I was speaking to that I was a buy to let landlord and that I was a cash buyer. Most times you cannot get estate agents off the phone but when nobody had contacted me by the middle of the next day I chased the estate agent - a first for me. I was passed to someone who asked me what my questions were......fortunately I was able to remember them and, to be fair the person I was speaking to was able to answer them to my satisfaction. So I made an offer and was just told that the figure would not be passed to the vendor. Then silence. So I made another offer and was told this would be passed to the vendor.IF YOU ARE A BUYER OR BUY TO LET LANDLORD USE ANOTHER ESTATE AGENT IF YOU CAN!!!!!
