TrustpilotThey will scam you out of your security…
They will scam you out of your security deposit. I have never before had any letting agency take more than an £80 charge for either cleaning or damages in over 10 years of letting and JG tried to take over half of our security deposit for; a burn in the carpet (which you can’t even see in the pictures), a few spots of mismatched paint on the walls and cleaning due to water spots on the stove! It took months to negotiate the charges down to just a couple of hundred pounds! Do not let from them if you have an option. It’s not worth it! We will never use them again.

GoogleI cant thank kate enough for what she did for us, as overseas it seemed to be immpossible to get a good house qhile we still at home country but kate with her help made it possible and easy for us. Good quality house in a prestigious neighbourhood ... the agency is really professional and easy access ... i can reach them in a minute, very clear and honest. GoogleI'm not usually one for reviews but given the level of service provided by this estate agent I had to. I was personally dealing with Mo, who took us to view properties over the course of two weekends. Not at one point did he ever make you feel like he was trying to rush you and get a quick sale. He was very informative, took his time to answer all our questions and deal with any other issues we had. Given this will be the biggest financial investment for most people, the property game needs more people like Mohammed. Have already recommended him to a few friends, who have contacted him and are in the process of viewings now also.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Absolutely useless.. our house could be falling down and they wouldn't care or rush to get things sorted. You tell them things that need sorting out and they don't ever sort it you have to constantly chase them and push them. Always quick to chase payments up if we have ever fallen behind but not quick enough to sort out any problems! Absolute joke.

GoogleCould write an essay on this but wont. Was renting and was misinformed multiple times about work on the house that was carried out, i.e. plumbers had visited despite the fact they hadn't. Didn't get full deposit back despite left the house cleaner and in a better state than was found. My calls were getting ignored and was passed on to three different advisors to deal with. Even after moving out I was lied to about asking the existing tennants for post that had been delivered in my name, they claimed they hadn't - today I picked up 12 letters dating as far back as 2 months ago. - I am aware I should have got the address changed, but not for all. I also found that they tried to cut corners to save money and effort on there time. As I said, could write a lot more... They're not predominately a letting agency, so I presume thats why i didn't really feel valued. 90% of the time we had to speak to the Land Lord/Lady directly as they were more helpful. Sorry to say this, but after being ignored and lied to (even as of yesterday regarding mail) it has been hard work. Perhaps we were just unlucky... One last thing to note - all the current reviews which are glowing only seem to have one or two reviews elsewhere, whereas the other local guide also had issues, albeit separate from mine.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Edward Knight enough. Great care was taken to produce first class photos of our property. The service was second to none where nothing was too much trouble for the Team. If you want the experts to sell your property, look no further.

GoogleI recently used Edward Knight for the second time to sell a property. As always the whole team was very professional, proactive and responsive throughout the whole process. They achieved an above asking price sale of the house, from a starting point of an accurate market price assessment. Highly recommended.

GoogleJust had a call from Mark suggesting to cancel the booked viewing for a property as offers are too high and will not make financial sense for us to proceed with the viewing. He called himself being 'helpful', I call it 'very condescending' as apart from my name, contact details and appointment time he knows nothing about us!

GoogleI can't recommend Edward Knight enough after our previous agent just sent round people who had no real interest in our property. We put our house back up for sale after a year of frustration and Mohammed and all of the team provided lots of viewings and, in a very short space of time, we had a number of offers to choose from. Cheerful, helpful and proactive throughout the sale process.

GoogleFrom the first time we met Mohammed, his passion and enthusiasm, not only for his role but our property, was the reason we chose him over several others. Knowing we wanted a quick sale, within a few weeks we had multiple viewings and sold for the asking price. He was realistic and transparent, easy to contact and kept us well informed. Will use again and highly recommend!

This company, especially the Daventry branch will try to hoodwink you out of your deposit and try to charge you for extras when you leave a property. That happened to us, a lot of unnecessary and needless nastiness after renting a property for 3 years. They know some people are in a desperate situation and will feed off that.
