Awful estate agents - AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. Waste of time and no respect for wasting buyers money. After showing us around a property which we loved we placed an offer and it was accepted and we were told the property was off the market. They continued to show people round and take offers on the property to come back a week later to tell us our offer was no longer high enough. In this time, we had instructed solicitors and spent money which we could not get back. Waste of time - will not be using them again for either selling or buying a property as not integrity at all.

Absolutely awful bunch of liars. Went for a viewing arrived 15 mins before time could not locate, called the office who said they would call the person doing the viewing so that they would call me this did not happen managed to finally locate the property no one was there called the agent who said the agent had given me a call and she had now left to go to another viewing. Outright lies. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

GoogleThis is feedback specifically for Aimee, as I wanted to say thank you for being very helpful and proactive despite the fact I'm not her client. I'm buying a property from Amy's client, and due to having had to break the chain and complete the sale of our property before an exchange date is in sight for our purchase, I'm being rather needy in chasing progress and seeking updates (I'm pretty sure my conveyancer has my face on a dart board somewhere...). Amy returns my calls quickly, and usually knows off the top of her head what the latest status is, which actions are outstanding and what she's going to do about it - even where it's not really her job to do something about it. If the conveyancers took the same approach, I'd be sat in my new house by now! She was really helpful today, taking the time to talk me through the process, and I just wanted to say thank you for being so helpful and friendly, when it would be easier to avoid my calls 😊

GoogleI am pleased to report my findings for instructing Edward Knight Estate Agents for the sale of my property in Northampton. Having decided to relocate after 12 years in the property, I decided to give them the opportunity after meeting Mohammed who was very professional and gave me the reassurances that their company was the correct selection for marketing my residence. I was impressed with all the photographs and wording on the brochure and how the viewings were undertaken. I am happy to say the house has since sold and thanks to Mo I’m living a rural life in the Cotswolds !!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleOverall everything was okay, rented a property with Edward Knight for a year. With Kayleigh, it was easier and we find it comfortable to communicate with her regarding issues. With Ingrida, my partner and I found some conversations to be difficult.

We used the Duston Jackson and Grundy to sell our house and I wish I didn’t have to pay them all the money as they didn’t deserve all of it . 1. Yes they did get a lot of people through the door through Covid , but had to wait a while for any fed back . 2. I actually ended up showing the person round and I sold my own house in the End as they couldn’t fit the lady in with the time she wanted it so I showed her round .3. I didn’t get any communication back from them only if I chased or when the buyer was asking them to contacted me .4. They never emailed to say we exchanged another Estae agent company did that , It took them 2 days that’s only because I spoke to them first I won’t be using the Duston office again they didn’t deserve the money
