GoogleThis was my first experience in purchasing a property and these guys made is so simple and quick for me. Mohammed was great advising and supporting me through the start of the process and identifying the property that I needed, and Kayleigh kept me informed regularly and moved things forward very quickly. FacebookCannot recommend Franco enough for his services - faultless from beginning to end. We met him first when viewing another property and immediately engaged him to sell our house - he clearly stood out for his professional but down to earth approach, sense of humour, and a genuine interest in actually selling a property. Not only this, but he proactively and skilfully saved our chain when the property we wanted to buy (not through Edward Knight) fell through, enabling us to keep our sale and get the property we are in now. Even though we bought this house through yet another agent, he went out of his way to keep everything together down the chain and helped us out even further by chasing the purchase on our behalf to make sure it went through swiftly while we were overseas. This is above and beyond anything we would have expected and shows not only solid sales management skills, but care and follow through in his work. Given our lack lustre experience of other agents he is definitely destined for great things. Needless to say, we would recommend Franco highly!

FacebookThere is no word to describe how excellent and professional the services I received when buying our new home. Mark is so extraordinary that he made the whole process easy despite hitches from government. His communication skills was second to none. There was no time I felt not carried along in the buying process, always on top of his job, relating with every party involved to ensure the process was not dragging. The most amazing thing is his sense of emphaty and the way he encouraged us when we were in distress coupled with his zeal to advice professionally and help with any of our problems. Right from viewing to moving into the house he kept checking on our genuine interest in the house. I hold no reservation to recommend him or the agency for any estate issue....can't wait to contact them when we intend to sell this house or rent it out in the future. Thanks for all the efforts, it's highly appreciated.

GoogleWe bought Edward Knight onboard after our first chain unfortunately collapsed just before Christmas. Edward Knight were quickly able to arrange viewings and kept us informed about the progress of the sale throughout. Special mention to Aimee, Mo and Kayleigh for all their hardworking.

FacebookAbsolutely can not recommend them enough. Andy went over and above in service throughout the whole process but in particular, during an extremely difficult and stressful completion (nothing to do with Edward Knight). During a very difficult day, and a very unusual circumstance, they were professional, pro active, reliable and supportive and made it happen! Not many agents would have done the same so we are eternally grateful for all the hard work they put in.... plus we got a personal delivery of a bottle of bubbly on Christmas Eve. Thank you guys, you know how much we appreciate it.

TrustpilotAwful Service and zero communication
We e-mailed Edward Knight via Rightmove and after 2 days have had zero acknowledgement or contact from them to arrange a viewing of the property we were interested in. I find this to be a growing 'industry standard' amongst estate agents and the lack of qualifying any interest is widespread. We have a property valued in excess of 500k to list and personally I wouldn't trust this company with selling ice to eskimos!!

The Rightmove platform can not always be trusted as a go between and if possible in future I would advise emailing or calling our agency directly for an instant response. The whole team were fantastic starting with Aimee and the branch director arranging drone photos of my land plots and then continuing to the protracted negotiations (land sales can be very complex). Special thanks go to Mark Chapman for his outstanding negotiation work throughout. His interpersonal skills kept the buyer on board through a dip in the market and some unforeseen circumstances. Highly recommended company!

Franco was outstanding - courteous professional and never pushy but always patient and did what he said he would without fuss or drama. The sales particulars were worthy of a mansion and he found me a buyer within 48 hours who completed within 8 weeks. Cannot recommend him or his helpful professional colleagues highly enough. I have been waiting for more than 5 days for a response in regards to a property I was very keen on renting and, as I have explained to the agency, I was in a rush to move in, as I had already given notice. I have not heard back from them and they kept me waiting for several days. To me, this is unacceptable and I would not recommend to deal with this agency and its landlords.NegativeResponsiveness
Anca, on this occasion you were not successful with your application. The landlord had a number of applicants and chose another that they favoured. You were kept informed of this process throughout. We are not responsible for your notice period on your existing rental property and you gave that notice before our relationship started so I’m not sure what relevance that has to our company. We appreciate you are disappointed that you were not successful with your application but you were informed from the beginning of the level of interest in the property. We wish you all the best with your property search and hope you find something suitable in the timeframes you need.

Had a bad experience from Edward knights Rugby. I wanted to take a house for rent. After viewing i was happy with the house and agreed to take it. I was given an application form and they asked all my details including bank statements and payslips which none of other agents asked. After submitting all these i was waiting for their confirmation on the house and get the contract signed, then comes the bad news.... the landlord is not happy to let the house to me as i have a child.....really? When i saw the house these guys didnt told anything. When i confirmed the house after 3 days they kept silent and after 10 days when i asked them about the status, they gave this reason.. Now i can see the same house for rent in rightmove with £25 less than what i finalised earlier. Never ever recommend to anyone i know..worst agents I've ever came across. Due to these guys i lost around 10 days which costed me time and money. Edit -- Thank you for the reply. I just have only one request for edward knights. Please have agood knowledge about the property which you are letting to avoid last minute surprises like what happened to me. I dont want to insult any agency or any person. This is the reflection of what I've been through and the time and money loss because of you.
