GoogleI wouldn’t use anyone else! The best service for lettings and, as a landlord, I won’t use anyone else. Aimee is simply amazing and always goes above and beyond. Her attention to detail, communication and work ethic is outstanding. It’s a rare thing in modern property businesses. I feel I’m in safe hands!I have also purchased through Edward Knight and would highly recommend them for this too. Proactive without being pushy!

The whole process was straightforward and well managed. I would happily recommend them. Aimee was so fantastic in our dealings in terms of lettings and during our mortgage dealings. GoogleAvoid this letting agency if you value fairness and integrity. After two years as a responsible tenant with no issues, they attempted to withhold my deposit over nothing more than minor dust, things that clearly fall under fair wear and tear according to DPS guidelines. Their check-out inventory was far more detailed than the check-in, making it clear they were fishing for reasons to make deductions. This kind of behaviour is nothing short of exploitative, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from them.
Thanks Ricky, as you left the property without cleaning to the standard required you were advised that we required a £50 deduction from your deposit . Which is less than half the cost of an End of Tenancy clean, which the property required. I won’t upload photos of your toilet as you have your name attached to the review but I can assure you that we found more than just dust. As I’m sure you will appreciate we need to provide properties which are hygienic if not left to a good enough standard which you did not. Despite this we offered you the keys back for the property for you to rectify yourself, but regrettably you refused, this would have saved you your £50.

GoogleWe had a long and hard time selling our property but the team could not have been more supportive. Charlie in particular went over and above to make sure things were completed and we were kept updated. If it hadn’t been for him I think we would have given up. He did more work than the solicitors. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and the photos, videos and aerial views that where taken where exceptional compared to other agents that we have come across on our purchase.

GoogleGreat people, except if you have issues with your rental property I suggest you ask for Kayleigh. Kayleigh is amazing and will deal with any little complaints you have but ingrida will make you feel like everything is your fault even if it's structural issues in a property. She personally sent me an email saying I never contacted her or never talked to my partner (the 2nd person on the lease and the guy who lived with me and heard the calls and me being blown off when I asked for her 🤣) it's a good company to rent for as long as you get to talk to Kayleigh and no one else 🤣 Honestly would never rent off ingrida again but 100% would trust Kayleigh. Moving out due to structural issues and Kayleigh made it easy and helped us negotiate with the landlord but ingrida just sent me emails blaming me and my partner for everything when we tried to treat our property with the upmost respect.

GoogleI have used Edward Knight before, Franko came out and discussed my house what it would fetch and took some really good photos. Had a couple of viewings, then had a viewing that was taken by Mark, well what can I say HE IS REALLY AMAZING, he is so good at his job the people he was showing around brought it a couple of hours later, Mark got me the price I was after which was really good in the hard market we are in at the moment. Mark kept me in the loop the entire time, if I sent him a message he would always come back to me within the hour with an answer. The whole process took longer than it should have done but that was down to Solicitors, Mark chased them when nothing seemed to be happing. Would I use Edward Knight again YES already used them to sell another property for me and Mark was/is just as amazing in selling this one for me. A Massive THANK YOU to Mark and Edward Knight

GoogleMohammed was very professional, friendly and always went the extra mile from the start. Selling the property he was faultless on his knowledge of the property and really sold us our dream home. Mohammed went the extra mile when contacting us and making sure we knew everything on the steps to make when buying our first property. He really guided us through the process effortless and chased up all the relevant parties to make sure it progressed as quick as it did to get us into our dream home doing anything he could to help. By the end of it he was more of a friend to us than just our estate agent which really helped us settle in to our property with any questions we may have had. This service was faultless in our opinion and we would not hesitate to use Edward Knight again in the future.

GoogleWe sold our house through Edward Knight last year. They came to value my house and take pictures Wednesday lunch time and by the following day at 5pm the house was sold with 3 offers & got over asking price we weee over the moon. We dealt with Aimee who was so helpful from start to finish. As this was our first time selling a house we had no idea of the process and had so many questions about everything but nothing was to much trouble! Would highly recommend Edward Knight

GoogleMe and Amy partner viewed a house with Amy, following her helpfulness and knowledge we decieded to put my house and my partners house on the market with Edward knight to proceed to hopefully buy the one we viewed. We got several viewings on each of our properties and kept informed. Amy was always able to assist us with any queries and from start to finish has been extremely helpful and approachable. We ended up buying the house of our dreams, all thanks to the help of Amy and Edward knight. Would recommend, and we have done to family and friends already.

We sold our property through Edward Knight and found them to be excellent. We dealt largely with Terry, who was superb. We had 4 different estate agents come to value the property and whereas other agents wanted to know our opinion before offering a value, Terry immediately and confidently stated what he felt its value was. This gave us confidence that he knew the market very well. As soon as we committed to Edward Knight they were very quick to sort out all the photos and get the property advertised. Viewings were largely done on Saturdays and all carried out by Terry, which we were pleased about as he seemed so genuinely positive and enthusiastic about the house. After a couple of weeks we had 2 good offers. Once we had accepted an offer Terry continued to be very proactive, keeping in touch and helping with any issues eg in relation to the survey/solicitor. We would 100% recommend Edward Knight and will certainly use them again ourselves when we next choose to move. Not only was their service excellent, but they had the lowest commission out of the 4 agents that valued our property.

1 star is generous! We are currently renting a property through Edward Knight Rugby, I’m sure they do not have it in their books out of the goodness of their hearts. I’m pretty sure they take a fee. However, the place is damp and mouldy with various issues which we want logged. Unfortunately we are stuck here for a while but have asked Edward Knight to visit to take a look. Their response ‘contact the landlord’.

You were made aware at the time of application that Edward Knight do not manage the property you reside in and any maintenance issues should be taken up with the landlord whose details you were given. We do not take a fee for this property as stated in your review. At no stage have we refused to look at your issues, we simply replied informing you that we do not manage or maintain this property and you will need to contact the landlord to resolve any problems as we are not in a legal position to do so. I am unsure how our response trying to assist you contacting your landlord deserves a review of any type. Having said that we are always striving to improve our service and will take on board any comments or reviews received.
