GoogleMichael went above and beyond. We had our new home built during Covid experiencing many delays so lost buyers twice because of the time it took, but Michael managed to find us a 3rd buyer! With his advice managed to sell (all 3 times) after 1st viewing. Dedicated and professional service, excellent value for money. Could always get hold of him and he kept us informed of all developments. A sincere thank you. Would happily recommend you.

1 star is generous! We are currently renting a property through Edward Knight Rugby, Iβm sure they do not have it in their books out of the goodness of their hearts. Iβm pretty sure they take a fee. However, the place is damp and mouldy with various issues which we want logged. Unfortunately we are stuck here for a while but have asked Edward Knight to visit to take a look. Their response βcontact the landlordβ. Great way to do business

You were made aware at the time of application that Edward Knight do not manage the property you reside in and any maintenance issues should be taken up with the landlord whose details you were given. We do not take a fee for this property as stated in your review. At no stage have we refused to look at your issues, we simply replied informing you that we do not manage or maintain this property and you will need to contact the landlord to resolve any problems as we are not in a legal position to do so. I am unsure how our response trying to assist you contacting your landlord deserves a review of any type. Having said that we are always striving to improve our service and will take on board any comments or reviews received.

We have just bought a house through Edward Knight but more importantly Mark Chapman, always on hand, answering out of hours and when he was on holiday!! Only estate agent we met over the course of a year who actually sells benefits and positives of a property rather than just shows you round. Cannot fault this guy, second to none! Thank you Mark!

We sold our property through Edward Knight and found them to be excellent. We dealt largely with Terry, who was superb. We had 4 different estate agents come to value the property and whereas other agents wanted to know our opinion before offering a value, Terry immediately and confidently stated what he felt its value was. This gave us confidence that he knew the market very well. As soon as we committed to Edward Knight they were very quick to sort out all the photos and get the property advertised. Viewings were largely done on Saturdays and all carried out by Terry, which we were pleased about as he seemed so genuinely positive and enthusiastic about the house. After a couple of weeks we had 2 good offers. Once we had accepted an offer Terry continued to be very proactive, keeping in touch and helping with any issues eg in relation to the survey/solicitor. We would 100% recommend Edward Knight and will certainly use them again ourselves when we next choose to move. Not only was their service excellent, but they had the lowest commission out of the 4 agents that valued our property.

GoogleBuying my flat through Edward Knight was a dream. Andreea was there from the beginning to end as was Aimee in her absence. Was such a stressful time due to a previous sale falling through after several weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them as the go to estate agent.

Michael in particular went out of his way to not only assist with our sale but to offer advice about our purchase, and to liaise with the sellers estate agents on our behalf. Despite some difficulties with solicitors communication, Helen was diligent in working hard to ensure completion dates were met. If we ever move house again we will only use Edward Knights. Facebookl cannot rate the guys at castillion Street enough, big shout out to Mark, Amy and especially Helen in the sales progression team. they have all had my best interest at heart and bent over backwards and gone above and beyond. always keeping me updated every step of the way and liased with my buyer and all solicitors in the chain. relocating is stressful but these guys have helped lesson the stress immensely. 20 out of 10 stars for all of them.

Unfailingly cheerful yet professional, always calmed me when frustration boiled over. the second purchase ran much smoother, but even there Hayley was always on hand to chase up information i wanted or find the exact staus of the sale. All in all well deserving of five stars!.

I requested to view a property which was marketed for sale. This agency had only published one external photo in their marketing of the property. On my initial call I was told they would try and book a viewing for the following day and I should await a call back. The next morning they called to say they weren't doing physical viewings, only web calls (rolls eyes). I asked if they could send a video instead so I could watch it more than once. I waited a few days and the video never arrived. When I chased the agency again, they said that they had halted the marketing due to offers being reviewed. It was like trying to turn the titanic dealing with this agency. They didn't keep me in the loop and gave me inaccurate information multiple times. They didn't accept any responsibility for their poor service and just kept pinning the blame on the current tenant who was currently living in the property. I wouldn't have this company market my property. Only one external photo and not allowing physical viewings. That is just shoddy. Really poor and unprofessional service in my experience.

GoogleRecently purchased a property through Edward Knight and the agent Mohammed went out of his way to accommodate us every step of the way to completion. He recommended us a good solicitor and a speedy completion without us having to chase anybody. Mohammed took care of it all . In my opinion itβs the best estate agents in Northampton and would recommend to would be buyers or sellers to give them a first visit and experience for yourself. Five star service! GoogleI am one of the happiest customers who liaised with Mohammed for purchase and subsequently renting the property through them. The whole process of purchase was completed within 5-6weeks from the time I met Mohammed. He is very passionate about his work and customers/clients satisfaction. As a landlord, his team, special mention of Sam, who is looking after my property, is brilliant and very responsive to the tenants. I would certainly recommend them for any purchase/rentals. GoogleWe decided that we wanted to move, but didn't know who to put our house on the market with, or where we wanted to move to. We had 3 agents out, who all said to put our house on for roughly the same. We then saw a house we liked online and made an appointment to go and view, and that was when we met Mohammed from Edward Knight, this wasn't an agency I was familiar with. Mohammed, from the first time we met was SO passionate, professional and knowledgeable about the housing market in our area. The house we viewed wasn't for us, however he asked if ours was on the market yet, we said we were just about to, and he pleaded with us for him to come and value it. Mohammed said we could get much more than the other agents had suggested, which shocked us, but Mohammed was sure. Ours went on with Edward Knight, and in the first weekend we sold for Β£35k more than the other agents had advised. He even told me that the guy who offered, would be our buyer, before he had even viewed, as he knew it was exactly what he was looking for. Mohammed then showed us a wonderful house, in a location we hadn't previously considered. And we had an offer accepted. Unfortunately the vendors proved to be rather difficult, even though Mohammed and the sales chasers at Edward Knight did everything they could. But it was not to be. The day after we pulled out of that sale, a house came on with another agent, in the new location Mohammed had introduced to, we bought that house and moved in 6 months ago. I know estate agents have a bad reputation, but I can honestly say that Mohammed really is different, it doesn't seem like a job to him, more like a passion. He took so much time in understanding what we were looking for in a house, and genuinely cared! Very highly recommended!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMyself and wife recently purchased our first house and cannot fault Mohammed. When i first called i said the ideal location and he advised that a house has just come up and not even on the market yet but was still willing to show us the house the very next day of the phone call. The next day came and Mohammed got to the house before just before us and due to my working house he was able to meet my needs. After viewing the house we wanted and called him and made an offer and after mohammed called the sellers he advised that we got the house. Even though we got the house we wanted to show our family and he even accommodated this for us. After the sale and all the solicitors we where proud owners of the house. Mohammed made sure he was at the estate agents ready for the key handover. And yesterday (15/08/2019) i get a call to see how we are getting on and i advised that we have done the house up completely, he advised he will be willing to come around and evaluate the house for us to see how much it is now worth. I cannot fault Mohammed, customer service was spot on and dose he research beforehand . Would like to say a big thank you and to keep up the good work.

Rented through this company for 2 years. Another rent increase has been added which now makes the rent ridiculous, especially since the property does not even have modern windows and doors. I understand that maybe it is the property owner who is extorting us instead of Edward knights, however, the poor review is due to the shocking and terrible customer service I have received. I queried this rent increase as soon as I had the letter from them a month ago. They replied at first, now I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response about the rental increase. The cost of living in this country is going up, I now have another Β£100 every month to pay out and this company does not even have the courtesy to reply to my queries and discuss it with me. Really poor, this letting agency clearly do not care about their tenants, only money.
