GoogleOverall everything was okay, rented a property with Edward Knight for a year. With Kayleigh, it was easier and we find it comfortable to communicate with her regarding issues. With Ingrida, my partner and I found some conversations to be difficult.

Called to view a property within a couple hours of it appearing on the website. The lady on the phone sounded like she couldn’t care less and said she’d call back to arrange a viewing. Never received a call back so chased and was told the same thing. Then received an email 2 weeks later saying the property was under application. We were never told this at the beginning and we were the ones doing the chasing and wasting our own time. Awful customer service, clear lack of knowledge and no willingness to communicate. Will be avoiding at all costs.

I was impressed by the high ethical standards upheld by the Edward Knight estate agent we worked with when we sold one then bought another house recently. It would be so easy to slip into Boris type behaviour it seems to me but the agent was completely straight with us throughout both deals. Added to that he was kind, hard working and meticulous in following through on any task to be undertaken.

GoogleI'm not usually one for reviews but given the level of service provided by this estate agent I had to. I was personally dealing with Mo, who took us to view properties over the course of two weekends. Not at one point did he ever make you feel like he was trying to rush you and get a quick sale. He was very informative, took his time to answer all our questions and deal with any other issues we had. Given this will be the biggest financial investment for most people, the property game needs more people like Mohammed. Have already recommended him to a few friends, who have contacted him and are in the process of viewings now also.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Extremely rude man answered the phone when I tried to book a viewing. As I was currently renting a flat, I was told that I shouldn’t be wasting his time asking for viewings if I couldn’t afford the property I wanted to view. I had actually returned from a long term ex pat posting in Asia so I could easily afford the property outright, if he had actually bothered asking, rather than make prejudiced assumptions about people

GoogleJust had a call from Mark suggesting to cancel the booked viewing for a property as offers are too high and will not make financial sense for us to proceed with the viewing. He called himself being 'helpful', I call it 'very condescending' as apart from my name, contact details and appointment time he knows nothing about us!

GoogleCould write an essay on this but wont. Was renting and was misinformed multiple times about work on the house that was carried out, i.e. plumbers had visited despite the fact they hadn't. Didn't get full deposit back despite left the house cleaner and in a better state than was found. My calls were getting ignored and was passed on to three different advisors to deal with. Even after moving out I was lied to about asking the existing tennants for post that had been delivered in my name, they claimed they hadn't - today I picked up 12 letters dating as far back as 2 months ago. - I am aware I should have got the address changed, but not for all. I also found that they tried to cut corners to save money and effort on there time. As I said, could write a lot more... They're not predominately a letting agency, so I presume thats why i didn't really feel valued. 90% of the time we had to speak to the Land Lord/Lady directly as they were more helpful. Sorry to say this, but after being ignored and lied to (even as of yesterday regarding mail) it has been hard work. Perhaps we were just unlucky... One last thing to note - all the current reviews which are glowing only seem to have one or two reviews elsewhere, whereas the other local guide also had issues, albeit separate from mine.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Edward Knight enough. Great care was taken to produce first class photos of our property. The service was second to none where nothing was too much trouble for the Team. If you want the experts to sell your property, look no further.
