GoogleHaving used Belvoir's services at the Northampton Office for a number of years, for both letting and selling, I cannot recommend their organisation highly enough. As well as being friendly and efficient, their staff have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful, offering support and advice when needed. In my opinion, they are the very best.... and you wont find a better service anywhere.

GoogleDo not recommend. Worst experience of my life.
Sorry to hear that we're the worst experience of your life, but as we can't identify you or your property it's hard to respond to this further. We're a fully regulated estate and lettings agent and you have independent redress via the Property Ombudsman if we've genuinely messed something up and refused to resolve it - they can make a financial award against us. This has happened once in 17 years of trading so far.

GoogleReally bad service and they steal your deposit at the end of your tenancy avoid!!!
Sorry to receive this review, although struggling to identify you or the property you were in. For the record, all deposits are protected in a government scheme these days, so gone are the days when a landlord or agent can 'steal' a tenancy deposit. If you've received deductions from your deposit these will have been authorised by an external adjudicator if necessary.

GoogleWe`re renting a house and have some problems with gas boiler. Already two weeks without hot water and heating at house. Agency ignore the problem, just feed us with promises. Breach of the contract.
