It is a delight to share this review. Belvoir! have been exceptional in their support in buying my house recently. Matthew was highly knowledgeable, approachable and professional in showing the property and answering all queries. He was a thorough professional when facilitating negotiations with the vendor. Once the sale was agreed, Chloe stepped in to support the exchange and completion process. Chloe clearly comes with huge experience behind her and she was the key contact between myself and the vendor. Chloe was also great at communicating with both sides of the solicitors which meant that things kept moving smoothly. When there were issues, Chloe was clear in her communication, picked up the phone and spoke to understand the situation and offer solutions and facilitated a positive environment for my purchase. The standards of service from arranging the viewing (thanks Claire) to the first and second viewing and price negotiation (thanks Matthew) to completing the sale (thanks Chloe) was simply exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and will seek to use them again in my future purchase and sales. Highly recommended.

I had a really great experience with Belvoir! Estate Agents in East Hunsbury throughout the viewing and purchase of my property. We have now both been a renter and purchased our first house with the Belvoir teams. The renting team have always been on hand to help us chase issues or items with our landlord, and the process has always been easy. However where the team were really amazing was helping us to purchase our home from our landlord. Chloe and team helped to support every step of the way, chasing both our solicitors and our landlords to ensure a smooth and quick sale. They made the whole thing easy for us and helped us stay calm every step of the way. Our experience with Belvoir as first time buyers has been nothing but excellent. Should we be in a position to sell a property in the future, we would choose them as our agents as I have total confidence in them. That is probably quite thanks to Chloe too. I have used Belvoir Northampton for over 8 years now They managed my flat for over 8 years and in that time they managed and fixed issues quickly and efficiently - would highly recommend I recently sold this flat and Belvoir handled the sale . As I expected they were very professional and really helped the sale go through. There were many delays in selling the flat (none of these issues were related to Belvoir) and if it had not been for Belvoir I am sure the sale would have fallen through They are 5 Star

I was looking to buy a new build and decided to put my house on the market independently after being offered a ridiculous sale price by a developer who wanted me to buy one of their houses (which I didn't in the end). I chose Belvoir as they had previously arranged the rental of a property for me and I trusted them. Richard and the team were great to work with from the start - professional, completely reliable and very human and easy to deal with. They had great photo's and film taken of my property, and even though the market was slowing down, I sold within 9 days after 2 viewings, for very close to the asking price. You can't really ask for much more than that. Richard also gave me advice on negotiating the purchase of my new build, which helped me to get that over the line quickly so that my buyers were reassured and I didn't lose them. And Belvoir put me in contact with their recommended conveyencer, who the buyer was also using, which just made everything very straightforward. The whole process went incredibly smoothly and took around 16 weeks from start to finish, with the only reason for it not being faster being that we had Christmas during that time, and my new build couldn't be ready to move in to any quicker! If you want to sell your house with an estate agent who you trust and feel supported by, I'd highly recommend Belvoir.

I showed interest up on a property the same moment it came on to market and i started sending mails to Belvoir. The response was very delayed and the person who was dealing me wasn't even happy to give a callback to discuss the property details and the explanation was they are home based working. Also they said Landlord is only looking for a tenant who can move with in 15 days .I was really interested on the property so I submitted a notice to my existing tenancy and asked for an early releasing. I was shocked when I received a response from the agency saying that the the landlord found a tenant by himself and its no longer available only when I mailed them saying that I can move in two weeks . The agency didn't even show the courtesy to inform me when the property was no longer available even though I was in constant touch with them and I used to send them multiple mail every day regarding the property for updates . I received a very bad service and dealing was inappropriate. Really frustrated .NegativeProfessionalism

We got in contact with Richard from Belvoir when we needed to rent our rental property in Northampton. From the start Richard impressed us. He came over on time to view the property and immediately identified what we did and did not need to do. He wasn't pushy or salesy at all, which we really appreciated. His knowledge of what was legally required and how to go about ensuring it was all complete was very good. He then sent a quote for all work to be done within a day and then just got on and did it! The next thing we knew, he had tenants lined up, certificates sorted and all the outstanding work complete. Incredibly efficient property management and helped massively reduce our workload, which was important because we were not in the area to be more hands-on. I cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough if you are looking for a 1st class service in Northampton. Thank you to Richard and the team for all their hard work and effort getting our property let.
