Worst experience we lived almost five years of this property they didn’t give my deposit . If you have a problem in this property they didn’t help you we had boiler problem or water leaking toilet blocking in the first year we live only one month and the kitchen hob is fallen down on the burner my husband literally survived near fatal incident while he was cooking near the hob very bad service and very rude staff ..

Have rented from them for seven years and they are fantastic. Pippa, Daniela and Rebecca always respond to your queries and are hands on in their approach. They are customer oriented and you can see that they do their best to make the tenets life as comfortable as they can, while being fair to the landlord. Any issues(barely two in seven years)they got it sorted in good time. Plus they have some good properties in their portfolio which in itself says all you need to know about them. Agreed with agency to move in studio flat on Monday, on the weekend before get e-mail with update that we can receive the key from property just on Tuesday okay....and on Monday update that property will be ready just on 20th May. But we should move out from current property right today! So now we need to find a new property just for 1 day or go to live outside like a homeless!!! Totally not recommend this agency!!!

I have found Belvoir letting agents the best letting agents I have used so far. They are a well organised company and have always reminded me of upcoming compliance events before they happen. E.G. Gas safety check. They are friendly and reliable and I always receive correspondence via email with any questions I have. I would highly recommend them and would use them again should I need to without hesitation. I would have given five stars but I believe the one thing that could be improved a little bit is to remember that they are the landlords representative and not the tenants. Although I realise they probably are "piggy in the middle" between landlord and tenant, I had an issue with a pet being in the property against my wishes. Although they would have enforced the pet removal they sided with the tenant and said "Its only a hamster" Apart from that they have been brilliant.

Rented with Belvoir for little over 10 years and the service was incredible. Any concerns we raised were managed and handled professionally and in a very timely manner. When carrying out periodic property reviews they gave much more than the required 24 hours notice and worked with you if the day didn't suit (obviously within reason). The move in process was extremely smooth and helped us significantly when my wife was heavily pregnant, the move out process was just as smooth and as said before the communication from all members of staff was exemplary and reassuring throughout
