GoogleWe would like to give a massive thankyou to Chloe for helping us find our rental property! We were looked after from start to finish with 100% efforts. She kept us informed with everything and always made sure we were aware of any updates. We are very grateful and are over the moon with our flat! Thankyou William H Brown!

GoogleReceived excellent service from Susie, far more attentive and conscientious that a lot of the other agents operating in the town. Genuine, thoughtful and honest help. Would happily recommend to any landlords in particular, renters or buyers.

GoogleI feel like I’ve absolutely landed on my feet with the property that Chloe (and Suzie too!) worked tirelessly to secure for me given the need for a quick move. The customer service and efficiency of the whole process went far beyond my expectations, I’d highly recommend letting through William H. Brown!

GoogleI have used W.H. Brown (Harrogate) for several years, they have helped me to let and sell property. I have always found them to be very professional and helpful. Susie Stacey on the letting side and Louise Smith on sales. When you visit the branch they are always friendly and go the extra mile to help their clients.

GoogleShocking. Conflicting information received. Lack of callbacks or replies to emails. Requests for action met with 'If I get a chance'. I would not recommend.

GoogleAlex at WH Brown was excellent. She managed the whole process brilliantly. If it wasn’t for her our sale would have fallen through, she rescued the deal and now we are happily settled in our new home.

GoogleWe lost a house as they don't accept credit cards- we rung 10 other estate agents in harrogate which all did accept them. On discovering this the staff were then not helpful in finding a solution. Think w h brown need to look at their policies in a market like it is today.

GoogleArranged the viewing of the home, no one from agency bothered to come or even call to cancel it. The viewing was rearrenged two days after and the same, no one even called to cancel it, just didn't show up.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
