GoogleCouldn't ask for a more professional individual than Liam. I work in wales and left everything to him to sort out for the sale of my house. Not only has he sold it. He has gone above and beyond a normal agent. For example, he got quotes to a roof leak we developed half way through sales processing. He then checked it, sent me photos, kept me and the buyer in the loop and then went around and cleaned up after leak was fixed. He gives me updates at least weekly. So impressed that I asked him if he could help my mum sell hers. My parents are elderly and they are too extremely impressed. He's been brilliant. What's more he just negotiated a sale for them too. I would recommend Liam to the world if I could. Shame there is not more agents like him out there

GoogleI have to say that this estate agency did actually exceed expectations. They got the house sold within 3 days of marketing and were very professional with the way in which they followed up on matters throughout the process. Would i recommend them? Absolutely yes

This was achieved by always answering calls and questions in a friendly and professional manner . Marketing suggestions were highly effective and only when Liam was satisfied he’d prepared every detail to the highest standard did he offer our property for sale. Sold in 3 days !! As a buyer, the same level of customer service applied. A prompt, professional, friendly team that always made us we feel like the only client (we definitely weren’t)

He offers a fast, efficient and reliable service I swooped estate agents as I wasn't happy with the performance and feedback from another local agent and was so glad I did.
