GoogleI was selling an unoccupied flat and living 30 miles from the property. Liam Darrell did everything from day 1, arranging and supervising all viewings some being at very short notice. I was always kept fully updated. I had previously been with another agent who was poor by comparison.. I would definitely recommend and use Liam Darrell again.

GoogleA pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Liam was very knowledgable when he valued the property and cared about how he marketed it to ensure we got the best result. William also deserves a huge shout out - this sale tested his patience as it had its tricky moments and he was excellent at keeping us informed and getting the sale through. We will definitely use them again and can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleLiam Darrell Estate Agents have successfully sold my dad’s property after he passed away. I live a couple of hours away from Scarborough and Liam and Bekky have both been very supportive with everything despite the distance. I have also hugely appreciated Bekky liaising with the solicitors and providing me with regular updates throughout the process. Many thanks!

GoogleNot impressed with this new kid on the block. He seems to fit the clichéd estate agent very well; over-exaggerating, bending the reality. I'm assuming he's cheap, because stretching the truth may get lots of viewings, but also lots of wasted time. From a buyer's side, I now avoid his properties.

GoogleLaim Darrell Estate Agents are a credit to their industry I wish all Estate agents were as Honest and thorough as they are, we sold our house with Liam and despite some difficulties with previous buyers due to the Market they were fantastic, must give a lot of credit to Diane who was chasing in-between solicitors to make the sale happen quickly and smoothly, if it wasn’t for her the sale would have taken a lot longer due to the solicitors, I have recommended them to my customers, family and friends. GoogleAfter a very negative experience with previous agents we had decided to take our property off the market, which was a hard decision as we had found our dream home,however as a last ditch effort,we decided to contact liam Darrell and we are so glad we did..liam and his team were amazing..nothing was too much trouble and they were allways there to speak to, even out of office hours.liam sold our house very quickly and we were able to move to our dream property ...liam is extremely professional yet very down to earth, relatable and likable..I would recommend liam to anyone selling a property to contact him..he has a great deal of experience and really understands the turbulent property market and after dealing with other traditional agents in Scarborough ..I would say liam Darrell is a breath of fresh air Jane and Phil Moore

They provide an excellent service and are really efficient, I have been extremely impressed at how quick we managed to view the property for the first time and every subsequent visit. Liam was honest and realistic with the valuation and the house was advertised, viewing booked the next day and within 48 hours we had an offer and sale secured. GoogleIf you want your house sold, Liam is the man. His service has impressed me on many levels. Initially he contacted me in a proactive manner to enquire about selling a house for me. Noted his proactive approach and when the time came to sell, he was on my list to call. A confident sales pitch from Liam at our first meeting assured me he would be handling all aspects of the sale, only bringing forward qualified buyers to the table rather than time wasters and dreamers and securing a sale as soon as possible. His business runs on an email based system which updates me as the buyer as the stages are progressed. Very useful and He particularly impressed me with a couple of challenging situations which he resolved before calling me to update me. Communication is excellent.. Any calls were returned promptly both inside and outside of business hours. 5 star service from Liam and the team. Thank you.

GoogleGreat service and communication throughout our whole purchase! We used Liam for buying our first house and we couldn't have had a better experience! Liam was very clear throughout and explained each step thoroughly. As first-time buyers this was very reassuring and helpful. He offered some great advice and worked professionally and quickly. The team were great at getting in touch and they all made sure any questions were promptly answered.
