GoogleFantastic service from start to finish when selling my late mothers property. Liam was very helpful and considerate when he first came to value the house and his team kept us updated with what was going on every step of the way. Extra shout out to Bekky who had been my main contact and even rang me after the sale for a quick chat as it was completed whilst she was on holiday. Would recommend Liam and his team to anybody selling or buying.....Thankyou

GoogleI can’t recommend Liam Darrell estate agents - enough. It was my second time using them and again it was a brilliant service. Personally it wasn’t an easy sale, but found Liam and his team were always very lovely and understanding. There was some issues within the chain prior to completion and Liam went over and above to ensure things were sorted within a timely manor. They kept me updated constantly and were happy to advise when needed with no pressure. Absolutely brilliant at what they do and will always be my first choice for any future moves. Thank you ☺️

GoogleWe first put our house on the market with Liam Darrell about a year ago. We accepted an offer on the very first day it went live, unfortunately that was the start of a roller coaster experience for us with the first buyer pulling out at the last minute. Then our second buyer did the same, and thankfully we secured our current buyer. All through this time it was so very stressful but the staff at Liam Darrell were amazing. Bekky kept us informed of progress and was a brilliant help with keeping us sane and acting as intermediary with solicitors and other estate agents. We can’t fault their service, they certainly go way beyond expectations, always cheerful, professional and ready to help. Would definitely recommend.

When Liam came to value our property he knew exactly what to quote compared to other estate agents who weren't quite sure, so we instantly had confidence in Liam. His team are extremely good at their jobs, very warm and welcoming and they make the whole experience of selling, smooth and easy. We mainly delt with Diane, what can we say, her knowledge and attention to detail is irreplaceable, she is an absolute asset to the team. Thank you Team Darrell ❤️

GoogleWOW! What can I say about the experience of selling my house through Liam Darrell Estate Agents?! All the staff were very professional, helpful, caring, charming and lovely to speak to, in fact everything they did was outstanding! I was always kept up to date during the whole process with telephone calls, (thanks Bekky!) also always given an honest answer when contacting their office, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. So, a massive thank you to all the staff: Bekky, Dianne, Michelle, Liam and not forgetting Neve! Special thanks have to go to Bekky, what a star she is, I'll really miss our chats! Her customer service has been brilliant from the start. Diane is friendly, warm and genuinely caring, she consistently goes above and beyond to help, and she was a big part of why we chose this estate agents, alongside Liam. Every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been friendly, helpful and reliable. When Liam came out to value the house, I explained my mum’s condition, and he was incredibly considerate and thoughtful when planning how viewings would work, making sure everything was suited to her needs. Diane has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She keeps us updated, always follows through on what she says she’ll do, and has been brilliant at liaising with others on our behalf to get us the best outcome possible. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service or nicer people. A huge thank you to Diane, Liam, Neve and the rest of the team for all their help and support in getting my mum’s house sold. Diane is a truly valuable member of staff, and we would thoroughly recommend Liam Darrell Estate Agents to anyone.

GoogleI would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Liam Darrell estate agents to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property. I have recently relocated to Scarborough from Manchester and Diane was there for us every step of the way, going above and beyond to secure our moving date so that we could settle here before Christmas. Diane is not only excellent at her job, very knowledgeable and professional, but also such a warm and friendly person and nothing is too much trouble. I absolutely cannot thank her enough. Never easy but they were incredibly efficient whilst showing empathy for the situation. Lovely people. They informed me of the sales process through every stage. GoogleI recently bought a property via Liam Darrell. It wasn't a £10000.00 mansion but a £140.000 flat. They were not my selling estate agent. At the outset Bekky was absolutely brilliant. She kept me updated every step of the way and advised me when I needed to take control. I firmly believe the property purchase of my dreams wouldn't have happened without Bekky. She has been: professional, knowledgeable, calm and approachable and an all round STAR!!! Liam and his team have always replied promptly to my contacting them. Diane was a massive help getting us to completion in a fairly long chain of buyers. GoogleI thoroughly recommend Liam Darrell Estate Agents. I chose them because I'd seen several houses rapidly sold in my road, all bearing the LD board. The agency found me a buyer within a fortnight and the process then unfolded with regular updates from LD and, especially towards the end when there were several solicitor/conveyancer complications over certificates, guarantees, indemnities, rights-of-way and more, LD were a great help. In particular, Darrell's Bekky is a huge asset to the firm, a personable, calming, unflappable lady efficiently sorting out paperwork, recommending excellent removers and generally helping me through every convoluted stage, for obviously she is more familiar with house moves than most of us! It was a pleasure to visit the office today and hand the keys over to a friendly and now familiar team. Many thanks!! Yes, fellow dweller, Please don't doubt: Buyer or seller, Give Darrell's a shout!

GoogleWe had a perfect experience with Liam Darrell Estate Agents. We're first time buyers, so were a little unsure as to the process. We needn't have worried. Bekky was phenomenal all the way through - she took time to explain things, was very knowledgeable about the various elements of the process, was super-responsive to emails, and was always available to answer any questions we had (even out of office hours). And all with a warm and personal touch. Our purchase process was lengthy (due to a delay at the top of the chain), but Bekky was proactive in bringing it all to completion, and worked tirelessly to chase up various people. We would recommended this company without hesitation. Professional, friendly, hardworking, and reassuring at every step of the way. Huge thanks to Bekky and the Liam Darrell team!

Her local infomation about the transport links and local schools was extremely helpful. We’d been looking with various estate agents since January and one of the main reasons i decided to by our property was because Diane is how I remember proper old school estate agents used to be.Sales people without being pushy. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Great communicator.She went over and beyond with recommending surveyors and chasing up solicitors to push things along speedily.I would absolutely recommend Liam Darell Estates and ask for Diane

GoogleFrom the very beginning of my experience with Liam Darrell Estate Agents, they have been amazing. All the team have been so helpful and always polite and respectful. Bekky was my main contact and she has been fantastic. She has telephoned every week to see how I am and to update me on the sale of my home. Whenever I telephoned the office, Bekky always made time to speak to me and was always very reassuring, which was greatly appreciated. Bekky has also supported me in the purchase of my new property, chasing up solicitors and the estate agent. This has really helped getting things moving.
