GoogleCan’t recommend Liam Darrell Estate Agents highly enough. From the initial valuation and marketing advice, and achieving a sale in the first week at over-asking price, to the superb communication from Diane, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale, it really was stress free, with updates as to progress, I didn’t have to worry about any aspect as Liam, Diane and team had everything covered. An absolutely first class service at a very reasonable price. Thank you for everything,

GoogleNothing but a positive experience of selling my property with Liam and his team. Liam was warm, friendly and professional - his advice was honest and clear. There was lots of regular updates which was helpful too. Both Liam and Diane were really helpful right up to completion, with some issues. Diane was really quick to help out and always able to resolve things, whilst also being really friendly. Have already recommended to friends and when/if I need to sell again, I will use again without a doubt. Thank you 😊

Viewings were arranged within a few hours and a SALE SECURED WITHIN 48 hours. The whole selling process was smooth and stress free. Communication from Liam all the way through to exchange was professional and reliable. I would recommend Liam Darrell Estate Agents every time if you have a property to sell.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Liam Darrell. Bekky and Liam kept us updated throughout the process and were friendly and open in all our conversations. We were buying from out of area and they were helpful with info of local tradesmen, and someone else picking the keys up on completion day was no issue at all. Definitely recommend 😊

GoogleI was interested in purchasing a property in a village five minutes from Scarborough. There was a lot of interest from many other families. I was in the fortunate position of having sold my home and after Liam show me round the house, I made an immediate offer. Liam liaised with the sellers and as a result I secured the home. Liam was so professional, proactive and dynamic. His input was invaluable. I would recommend his Estate Agency without reservation. You would be in very safe hands. It has been a pleasure doing business with Liam and his company. He gives one hundred and ten percent and puts in more energy time than any other Estate agent I have ever dealt with. A true star.
