We cannot praise Hunters highly enough, they have been amazingly efficient and supportive throughout a really difficult sale and purchase. Lisa, James and Rebekah cannot do enough to help. Their communication was fantastic throughout, and small details like answering the phone with a personal greeting to you makes you feel known and valued and makes such a big difference. This was the second time we have used Hunters Selby, and whilst we dont intend moving again soon, we would use them for any future moves without considering any other agent. We would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

We've just completed on the sale of my Mum's bungalow in Selby, and are totally delighted with Hunters Selby branch. From first contact up to completion day (and the follow up from Rebekah) the experience was stress-free and comprehensive. Appalling customer service from the stoke office and I'm not even one of their tenants, had the misfortune to be involved with a leak from one of their tenants, it took over 6 months to get to the repair stage which when done was really poor workmanship so I'm having to do it myself, the staff are unhelpful and don't care so if they treat third party tenants like that it must be really bad for their own tenants.

Hunters have just sold my mum’s house and the whole experience from start to finish went so smoothly. James cane and valued the property and he was very kind and professional. Rebecca who handled the sale was brilliant! She was always in communication with my sister and I and kept us informed at every step of the way. Hunters is a joke

I have had experience with Hunters in the past on multiple occasions. I am disappointed everytime from their lack of felixibility. For example if you're trying to rent and your annual income matches but does not excees what is expected by Hunters then they will abruptly cut you off. Also horrible customer service by the staff and do not know what they are doing. On a flat i called twice one staff member told me i had to satisfy an income of 29.000 pounds and another staff member told me i had to exceed 30.000 wich makes me doubt their honesty. I have had much better experiences with other agencies. Do not reccomend.

I cannot praise the Team at Hunters Selby enough. In May 2019 we decided to sell our home, we went with Hunters as we found Rebekah to be much more friendly and MUCH more laid back that some of the other hard sell estate agents we'd spoken to. They they sold our house within 10 days for a price very close to our asking price, we had 14 viewings within the first week and two within the first half an hour of it going live on their site! Unfortunately a week later I lost my job meaning we very reluctantly had to pull out of the sale, Hunters were amazing! They gave us a couple of days in which to make the decision and see if there was any way we could still go ahead with the sale but when we decided there wasn't they just dealt with it and we were not charged any fee's or anything which was such a weight of our minds in that situation. Later that year after securing another job we decided to try again and the house was again sold very quickly within 3 weeks, this time for full asking price! The whole team were brilliant at keeping us informed in every single step of the process with a phone call at least once a week to tell us exactly what was happening and how things were moving on. They are all brilliant at what they do, the fact they are all lovely, friendly,cheerful people who clearly love their job and make a great team just makes for an even more pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if i were ever to move house again I wouldn't even consider selling with anyone else. Hunters were brilliant from start to finish. We tried selling our property with another agent, with very little success. We moved to Hunters and within 3 weeks we had sold!. They took a very personal approach to letting people know where are property was (as we are a bit out of the way) which made a massive difference. After a bad experience previously with another of the Selby estate agents, it was a breath of fresh air using Hunters Selby. From Rebekah's initial home visit, to Lisa and the rest of the team's efforts throughout the process, they made the whole experience easy and thankfully not (too) stressful! The photographer they employ produced some great photos (and at one point made me think twice about selling the house because it looked so good!). My house sale occurred during the initial lockdown process, but they still maintained a good level of communication and help.
