GoogleAlways Been great in previous years, however, this time The service was extremely poor 3 cancellations on the day they were meant to come to value my property. I understand there is sickness going around, but as she cancelled the last appointment due to being sick, you would have thought they would have contacted me sooner than on the day she was meant to call out.

GoogleCannot fault the Bridgfords team at all, This is the 2nd time we have used them to let our house out & to also fully manage it for us. They have all been Professional from start to finish and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through the hardships we faced without the support from Kristina. The communication from Kristina & Annie have also been exceptional, always happy to help even when they are really busy, No issue is to small and they will jump straight in to help. GoogleWe are currently buying a property through Bridgfords and they have been nothing but accommodating. We have asked to have access to the property several times and it is never an issue, always willing to help. Accepting that we have not had much recent experience with estate agents, we like the relaxed approach from Bridgfords, not pushy in any way shape or form. We would recommend.
