I had my late father's bungalow on the market with another agent for 6 months with little interest and few viewings , so changed agents to Bridgefords in Northallerton . They held an open day created interest and sold at the asking price in first two weeks! They were also very good at keeping things moving between ourselves , buyers and conveyancing solicitors. Exchanged and completed in less than 2 months , should have used them from the start. Big thanks to Georgia, Tony and all the great team. .
