GoogleNot very professional, numerous times I had to call them about problems with the property I rented only for them not to bother, also taking all your security deposit for cleaning the property at the end off the tenancy, property was cleaned before leaving yet the still charge you over the amount of your deposit, the also don't contact you about it until roughly a year later when the have given your details to a debt recovery agency which caused a year's worth off unacceptable fee's.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleThis is the 2nd time using David Plaister to sell my property. Like the 1st time, they managed to market and sell the house within 10 days of marketing. The communication during this time was brilliant, with timely notification of viewings and feedback. Once the offer was agreed, Katrina managed the sale really well, despite both my buyers and my own solicitors not being the easiest to deal with, she was able to gain a swift and trouble free exchange and completion. Whilst I’m sure you could pay less elsewhere, the experience demonstrated by David, Ed and the whole team is worth every penny! We have always responded to your emails in a timely and professional manner, however, I appreciate that some of the issues you reported in the past, took longer than expected to resolve.
