GoogleWhat a fantastic experience buying our first property! We viewed with other agents in the area who made it difficult to even book a viewing but David Plaister were seamless throughout. GoogleVery disappointed, started well but when my tenancy ended. I was informed David Plaister ltd, would be seeking to make unreasonable deductions from my deposit. "scuffs on walls in rooms which were not occupied" a "cleaning bill" despite hiring a professional cleaner to clean the property from top to bottom. I was even accused of "painting the door step" and leaving paint marks on the carpet? I have not carried out any maintenance whilst at the property! I have requested for photographic evidence of the alleged marks on walls and more detail on the cleaning they had to carry as well as maintenance bills? But have had no response! Very disappointed. GoogleService was bad, not made to feel welcome with a viewing. The agent time watching and rude. After being treated in this way, I have taken my property off the market

The vendor was present for the viewing and has said that Georgia was lovely and was certainly not rushing you. You had the full 30 minutes allocated for the appointment and when the appointment had come to an end, Georgia checked the time and said that she had to make her way to her next appointment.
