GoogleEveryone at Moving Homes has been amazing throughout the whole process. Even though the purchase was delayed many times (not through any fault of theirs) they kept me updated throughout and were always happy to help with any questions or issues I had. What stood out the most is that they are all so very friendly and make things so much easier during a stressful time.

Moving Homes maintained a professional but personal relationship the entire time, and I couldn't have asked for more - they assisted me with everything I needed willingly and promptly whenever required

Googlepoor communication, constantly having to chase them for updates. dont get receipts for work completed dont get monthly statements. supposed to be offering managed service but total lack of confidence in their ability to provide a quality managed letting service

So happy from start to finish, the ladies were always happy to help with any questions I had, there was always someone on the end of the phone no matter what day or time and they always followed up with any questions I had. Was able to view the house many times even after offer had been accepted with no problem. My mind was at ease throughout the whole process I have no negatives at all! Would 100% recomend

GoogleI was looking for a flat in the North East and none of the properties were right for me till I found several on Moving Homes' website and I met Tracey Culverhouse. Perfectly groomed, friendly, very professional and open minded. Miss Culverhouse knows her trade inside out and is very supportive, using humour when appropriate. She is very focused and asks the right questions without being pushy. She is a delight to do business with and I am sure that Moving Homes will go from strength to strength and I could not be happier for the team and Miss Culverhouse.

GoogleAdrian and Janet Anderson When Moving Homes sold our property we knew we could contact them 24/7 to discuss any queries and I’m sure the sale wouldn’t have gone through as smoothly as it did without their professional and friendly support. As a letting agent, they have found us fantastic, reliable tenants. The proactive `Can do’ attitude that we experience every time we walk into the office is outstanding. A personal service from staff who are prepared to go that extra mile. Moving Homes is not your typical high street estate agent, a genuine, honest, efficient, service from start to finish. We have already highly recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. The easiest 5 stars we have ever rated someone.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. However the significant tenant rent arrears you are stating is something out of our control if a tenant does not pay their rent on time. As for maintenance on your property. All maintenance was reported to you for your permission to carry out and once granted was carried out in a timely and acceptable time scale. We have assisted with your new letting agent to make this a seamless transition and wish you well for the future.
