Moving Homes Sales & Lettings Limited North Shields reviews

I am sorry to receive a one star review from you. I am unable to find any correspondence or contact from you but of course would like to address your concerns. Please call the office at your earliest convenience and I will be happy to discuss this further.

I am leaving my response below on line to show you had previously given our business FIVE STARS . However you have changed this to one star because of your personal connection to a member of staff who no longer works for the company. This is NOT the platform to air your personal thoughts. Thank you Greg for your kind words. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Hi Gavin, you have given us a 1 star review but we do not have you on our database. We take our reviews very seriously and therefore could I ask you to call the office at your earliest convenience so that we can address any concerns you may have.

I am disappointed to see you would give us a one star review because of your personal connection to a member of staff who no longer works for our company. As I have said also to a member of your family who also gave us a one star review. This is NOT the platform for personal conflict.

Thank you for our 5 star review, this is very much appreciated and I hope you have settled into your new home!

Hi Bruce, Thank you, hope you have settled into your new home

We'd love to get your rating to five stars and I have looked at our database and don't seem to have you registered. Therefore is there anything we could have done better?

Thank you so much for the review, this is very much appreciated
