GoogleBusiness card posted through door saying "we can sell your home". This makes me think you are so desperate, your service must be so bad that you have to resort to mailing through peoples doors. Business works from word of mouth. Not cards through doors. I will never use you because of this.

GoogleAs a letting agent, they did a very poor job. Had to contact several times and leave multiple emails and messages over the course of a week for a simple update on how things were rolling, as they were waiting for a gas safety certificate. When I moved in, work that I was promised would be done had not bene touched, and nearly 6 months on still hasn't been finished. I realise this in particukar is down to my landlord, yet William h brown did nothing to fight on my side besides "tough luck" as they already had my money. They were however happy to be a letting agent for a property without smoke alarms, technically making it illegal to let out, yet they didn't seem to care and wouldn't press the landlord for any changes as again, they already had my money. Overall, lack of communication and support.
