GoogleSuper fast when I was moving in, but after moving out over 7 weeks ago, still haven't received the deposit back. Nobody is responding on my emails, when tried to call the Agency - all were at the meeting. Had to chase the Landlord and the company dealing with deposits myself, still unsuccesfull. Would not recommend for lettings, takes way too long to receive my money back.

GoogleHaving dealt with this branch for 3 property purchases, I would recommend using their services. They communicate well, are friendly and professional. Cheldon kept me informed every step of the way of my purchases and Courtney has been so helpful when arranging tenants for the properties. GoogleIv used this company and branch before , without any problems, so I went back there as we are selling our house , once they had us sign up , and all the bull s, , there was no communication, no calls , lies from different staff , I would not use this company as they are very unprofessional, , and no customer care, think twice,
