Richard Kendall sold my house :)

I used Richard Kendall as the agents to sell my property and throughout the process any contact with staff was made easy as they were all very helpful & polite. I mainly dealt with Elizabeth Cooke throughout the course of the sale who was excellent. She always seemed very happy and eager to help & was accomadting when I wanted to contact my buyers with any queries and always replied immediately whether that be by email or phone call, but usually both! I would definitely use Richard Kendall again in the future

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I bought a house with them and sold my house using them too. Lucy from the ossett branch called me twice with updates during the whole process. Everytime you called she was “away from her desk” and would call you back. She never did. They need to employ better staff who actually care. I think Lucy was the office manager too so you’d think she’d set an example. Don’t use them. They will over value your house it won’t sell then you have to reduce it. Why not give an accurate price originally. Shocking service.

Karen went above and beyond to keep us in the loop at all times when buying our new property, and I truly believe she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Do not use this company, was advised on the phone to hand back a property I needed to hand the keys back on the day and fill out a moving house form, complete the form on the day and everything was fine no issues in the office, few weeks later because they didn’t inform the landlord of me moving out they are deciding to keep the deposit for not giving them written notice after I was told this was not needed and I was to just hand the keys in on the day. Moving in inventory was all good same as the moving out inventory but yet I still got charged £92 for gardening. It’s actually laughable £700 down due to lack of communication and miss information in there office.
