GoogleWilliam H Brown lettings is the best around. Ethan helped us find our dream home of which he listened to all our needs and paid attention to everything we requested. His communication was excellent from start to finish battling all hurdles we hit him with. We have never used a better estate agent then here. GoogleWill Crawford from the after sales team was amazing and I truly believe he helped me get my flat sold quicker, he was so good at chasing the buyers solicitors everyday for me and keeping me updated as well as reassuring me that I was not being annoying by emailing and ringing nearly everyday for updates. Will is a brilliant asset to the team and I had a great experience selling my property with him!

GoogleCourtney at W H Brown Select dealt with the sale through to completion of our property. It was a lengthy process with some difficulties and Courtney was incredibly tolerant, diligent and professional throughout. I was always updated as soon as possible and if I had questions, they were answered immediately or the answer was sought expeditiously. Fantastic service from Courtney through difficult social and economic times with sound advice and a brilliant service. Highly recommend.

GoogleOur experience has been rather mixed; however, I can say that some of the staff have gone out their way to provide an excellent service in particular Matt Berryman. Matt managed to iron all the niggling details that finally ensured we had the right tenant and that the tenancy started on the expected day, so thank you Matt, you are an asset.

GoogleMoving house is stressful, but William H Brown were the one smooth thing in the process. They were extremely fast to help us with any issue, were fantastic at communication and we felt honestly supported by the whole team. They sold our house the same weekend we listed it, Andrew was a champion at helping us to sort out a confusing mortgage, and Lewis, Sales Manager, was fantastic. He's the kind of guy you want in your corner: if there was any issue, we knew that we could call Lewis and he'd sort it. We joked that we should name our new house after him, he was so helpful. The man, the myth, the legend - thank you, Lewis (and everyone else!!)

GoogleThere were a number of viewings of our flat, each client accompanied by someone new from the large Norwich office but, once we got a firm offer, we were put in touch with an after-sales Coordinator, Daniel, who was assiduous in keeping us informed of progress and chivvying sluggish conveyancers. He sent more than a dozen updates reporting conversations with lawyers on both sides. Very reassuring service.

GoogleLandlord got us to sign a new lease and then immediately started pressuring us to move out because she'd lost her job. William H Brown joined in, telling us we should move out early 'as a sign of good faith' (presumably code for 'and maybe we won't steal your deposit').

In June/July I was in a position to consider buying my own property and Andrew found me the best deal ensuring that it was affordable on a single wage. Every time I saw a house he would recalculate and help to put in an offer and negotiate. I completed on my own home on Friday 19th and Andrew phoned me that day to congratulate me. GoogleReally happy with how William H Brown handled our house move. Mitchell was helpful whilst we were purchasing the property and Selene was extremely helpful after the offer had been accepted. It look a while to get to exchange, but she always seemed on top of everything: chasing solicitors, talking to the chain and giving us regular updates. Our solicitors weren't were really poor when it came to communication so we were very thankful to have Selene helping us! 5 stars.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
