Solicitors are the delaying factor as we move to the end of the process, but all staff we deal with are always friendly and professional. We had our viewing with Brian, he showed up late and had conflict with the tenants after they said they were not notified viewings were taking place. After the viewing, he slagged off the current tenants to us and asked for our phones for him to write a 5 star review (that this previously was) because the lads at his office were doing a competition for who could get the most positive reviews.

Used them for two years in a row renting houses and they were perpetually disorganised. Our scanned guarantor ID documents were lost on multiple occasions. A different person would answer the phone every time you rang up (even if you had lost signal for a moment and rung back) and it would take ages each time for them to find our details. The moving-in date for the second house we rented with them was changed about a week before we were due to move in so we had to scramble to find last-minute accommodation. We had also been promised a contract for that house for maybe a couple of months and one only emerged shortly before we were meant to move in. When we booked house viewings they would sign us up to view houses that they wanted to promote but forget to book us in to view the houses we'd actually asked to view. Overall the place is run like a call centre and I feel sorry for the letting agents who have to work in such constant chaos.

I have been with there mortgage advisors for the last six years but sadly two left at the same time where I get this happens they are now super slow at getting any mortgage that is a lot higher than my second opinion and I don't think I can use their offer anyway. Have been told they are about to send things that day but not got anything. If you are too busy please say you are. Edit rhe have been advised that the person I was dealing with no longer works there

Absolutely horrendous service. Rented us a property with no keys to the house, a bushy backyard and a dirty front yard with garbage bags and dumped greens. We are students and are practically new to the country and their way of treating us was horrible. We've complained time and again by calling them, sending them mails and even visiting the office. But to no avail. I recommend you not to go to them for renting any property and specially if you're coming here in Norwich as an international student.

Rented from them and never would again. When our landlord decided to sell our flat they lied to us and told us he was selling to investors only and then people would come around for viewings who were very obviously not investors but looking for themselves or their children. Several times people had booked viewings but the agent hadn't turned up. They call me every couple of months to ask if I'm interested in buying/selling property with them. They have done this for just over three years despite me asking them to delete my contact details from their database every single time.
